Great Wraps

Stopped in on a Friday for something easy for dinner, and while deciding to either hop in the Hibachi-San line or Great wraps line, I noticed Great Wrap's big "Super philly" display, looking all delicious on their screen. Maybe if you show up you should ask for THAT philly that they took a picture of, because that wasn't the one I got.

The super philly set me back about $8, and it is cooked on their grill to order, but they give you two smaller sandwiches instead of one large one.

The bread was kinda tough, the cheese was kinda not there (at least not like it was presented on the big delicious display they had), and it was kinda dry. The meat was fairly salty as well.

Mall food can be good. I've experienced it, but, I mean, this just was a sandwich with no amount of super on it.

Located in the Sugarloaf Mills mall food court next to Hibachi-San, give them a try if Great Wraps is your jam, but otherwise, i'd probably keep walking.

The wings are SMALL!!!. and the service is not good. please close your store at sugarloaf mills thank you.

The Greek Bowl here is delicious! They don't skimp you on the meat either. Everything is evenly mixed.

Although this chain restaurant has lots of delicious and caloric sandwiches such as Philly Cheesesteak,super-sized Gyros and larger entree plates, they also offer healthier options like a Greek Bowl with your choice of protein (I chose Falafel which was great!) which includes seasoned rice, lettuce, tomato cucumber salad topped with feta and your sauce choice. Lots of food with a drink for $9. Really good.

This is worst place I've ever eaten, and I've eaten at some pretty bad places. I download this yelp app literally just to write this review.

I got the chicken strips and not only did it look grossly saturated in grease but it tasted like it too. There was a puddle of grease on the bottom of my plate by the time I finished. It tasted worse then *insert name of any generic fast food place* legit I think chik-fil-a is cheaper and better tasting and I don't even like chik-fil-a that much. They charged nearly 8 dollars for four strips, a drink, and fries ! I mean that's crazy stupid especially since their fries sucked too. AND IT DOESNT END THERE! I wanted ranch and honey mustard but apparently IM ONLY ALLOWED ONE. They didn't even give me enough honey mustard for the entire plate WHY ARE YOU GUYS SO PROTECTIVE OF YOUR CONDIMENTS.

And finally to end this review of just like to say, it's not the fact that I couldn't understand them very well that bothered me BUT THE FACT THAT THEY ACTED VERY IMPATIENT AND RUDE DESPITE THE FACT THERE WAS NO ONE IN LINE BEHIND US AND I WAS JUST A SWEET LIL 18 YEAR OLD GIRL WHO WANTED SOME CHICKEN STRIPS BUT INSTEAD I GOT TRASH 7.99 FOR TRASH AND VERY LITTLE CONDIMENTS. AND NO RECIPT THEY DIDNT

They gave us an extra chicken strip, that was nice, even if that chicken strip tasted really bad and was dwarf sized BUT IDK KIND OF WASN'T WORTH WAITING 8 MINUTES EITHER SO YEAH IDK

Went there last night for something quick and different. I ordered the philly cheese steak special that come with fries. The philly was horrible. It was very dry and not seasoned at all. It tasted like I was eating cardboard. The only partially redeeming aspect were the fries, but even then, I thought there would be more. Most likely I won't eat here again. Sad because it has potential but just don't want to risk it.

A while ago Great Wraps changed the way they make gyros, they went from slicing off meat from the spit and placing it on a grill for a little bit to heat it up along with a pita, but now they are preparing the meat ahead of time and letting it sit in a steam table until someone orders it.

This was my last visit to Great Wraps unless they change this and go back to preparing each gyro fresh.

This place has one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Just don't eat here.

I just wanted to try some new. Never again! As I was leaving the guy at the register was digging in his nose and touching everything else. No telling what else is going on.

I clearly stated what I wanted to order and they got my order wrong. Then when I asked them to fix it, they had an attitude and charged me even more. The food is mediocre, but you get really small portions for a not so great price.
