I went to this location to have my oil changed, rear windshield wiper replaced, and to have my headlight replaced

the oil change was the only thing out of the 3 things I asked for that got done

they replaced my front windshield wipers and not the rear. the complete opposite of what I asked for.

they told me they would check if they could replace my headlight but then later told me they don't even have this service and to try going somewhere else. even though online it clearly states they do replace lights.

horrible experience. will not be going back to this location

I downloaded yelp specifically to give these guys the five stars they deserve. I've been here three times now and they're all great. Hella friendly, communicative and funny.

I had a dead light on my license plate and they fixed it free of charge.. My partner came here in her car last month and had a broken clip on her front bumper and they fixed that free of charge as well.

I genuinely feel like some of the "bad" reviews for this location are straight up bogus; just people trying to get one over on a company because they're desperate.

Professional and fast. No pressure on upselling, they just make recommendations based on age and mileage unless your car has a record of services. The same as other places already do.

Very nice and courteous staff. But very slow. Really couldn't figure their process for working on cars. Told 10 min left and every mechanic seemed to be on other cars for about 15 until finished mine. Another car showed after my car and left before mine did.

Again nice guys, but jf you're looking for quick maybe try another place.

When I bought my car I was lucky enough to have a warranty which included free basic maintenance on the first 25,000 miles. Lo and behold, that time has come to an end.

A quick Yelp search suggested Grease Monkey locations scattered around Denver, similar in style to the Jiffy Lubes I'd frequent way back when. I felt confident with Grease Monkey, and overall I'm satisfied after one visit.

I arrived as soon as they opened (maybe even a few minutes before) and had an attendant come up to the car within seconds. It started off a little rocky since he couldn't find my car in the system? Eventually we progressed. Oil change and tire rotation, let's go!

You get what you pay for here. Around $100 for an oil change and tire rotation sounds a little high, right? But did I mention your car is done in about 30 minutes? That's crazy fast and I will pay for quick service! Plus, if you check in on Yelp you can use their $10 off deal. I'll take it!

The two gentleman who worked on my car and rung me up were extremely professional. They even showed me my air filter to express how clean it was. Anything car-related, I'm sure we all appreciate not being sold on crap we don't need.

After one visit, I'm buying into the Grease Monkey philosophy. Don't forget your mask!

Went three shops this morning in Longmont. Two didn't have a mechanic for a radiator flush. The other didn't have the parts for the machine. Spent $20 in gas just to be told they can't do it. Valvoline did a great job. I would go there.

A shout out to one of the mechanics at the Grease Monkey on South Golden Road. I was concerned that my car was dangerously low on oil (although I wasn't needing an oil change for another 1,000 miles). The very pleasant mechanic explained that I just needed to top off the oil and that I should check the oil level after every other fill up. He not only topped off the oil (I needed more than a quart) but showed me how to check the oil level. He also helped me very quickly even though there were several cars ahead of me. Additionally, He didn't ask for any payment! These days we're so often treated rudely. This was a refreshing change! They have my business and should have yours!

John, Justin, Juan, Preston and Scott were professional and serviced the van with record speed. Amazing customer service! Attention to detail wasn't spared and they took the time to explain all needed services. Thanks guys! Cheers!

This is a good Grease Monkey to go and get an oil change. It is quite busy and the price is $20 more than I usually pay for my Lexus. Since it is on Federal I think that is why it is so busy. The Grease Monkey team were very thorough, polite, and did the usual sales pitch to upgrade my service. Typical of any corporation. If you have time to kill without an appointment (which I don't think they make them) then come here.

A+ service and presentation, but overall this place was expensive and I know I can get oil change and air filters changed for under $140 for a Honda Civic.

I do like how communicative they are, how people checked in with me and showed me why a new air filter was needed, and that they have screens showing how much time is left in your service. Everyone wearing uniforms is also a nice touch - made me feel more comfortable and higher end somehow.

They offer discounts if their estimated time is wrong. The Yelp check-in offer helped, too, but even with the discount it's still more expensive than other places I've been to. This was a last minute service though so I'm glad I was able to get in without having to plan ahead.
