Just another bank. Credit unions were established to help their members especially in times of need, not this one. They're quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it's not forget it. I've had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I've fallen on a temporary financial hardship they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit. Stay far away from this bank!

I was a previous member of gscu for my first car. I then moved and started an acct within another bank. I came back because of the ease and friendliness of the employees and not being hit wity cinstant fees. I recently opened a business acct and was introduced to Jon Curtin and was not disappointed. He was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for banking and loan needs.

Been a customer for 13 years and have great service. Was able to get my neighbor who is financially challenge a car loan which she couldnt get thru her bank

I'm letting people know that if you the disability.live or employment insurance and you go to use they will take there time getting you the paperwork,I let them know two weeks before the doctor put me on temporary disability I tried to get it and now here it is almost seven weeks later and still no paperwork,[i told them on 12/01/22 and now it 01/17/23 and still no paperwork, so thin k twice before you get the insurance

Granite State Credit Union is one of the most ruthless banks and credit unions out there.
No matter how long you have been a loyal customer, for this bank you are nothing but a number. Your loyalty means nothing.
People are treated horrible by large corporate bank, but you expect better from a local bank.
Have found lower interest rates in auto and personal loans somewhere else with banks I have never done business with before.
They charge fees for small business checking with less than 10000.00 in their account.
If you deposit with the teller a check on a Saturday will show up in your account as a negative until Monday, however fees including overdraft fees will be charge before they acknowledge that they already have your money and only then the deposit will go in.
Would be nice if they were a little kinder to the people in the Granite State as they wear their name.
Do not let them fool you.
Message to GSCU ...through out the years I have seen banks in the state go under, merge or taken over by other banks, maybe you'll be one of them some day soon.
