Laurie M.Redwood City, CA58102Sep 30, 2020We have a Ford Transit 150 and on our road trip had a 'check engine' light come on.
First we took it to the Victory Ford dealership to get it diagnosed and find out which part we needed. They were charging $$$$$ to get it fixed and their customer service was not the best. (it was a somewhat straightforward process, and thought we could get a better price elsewhere).
We made the great decision to take it to Grady's garage and days later I'm still convinced it was godsent.You know the feeling of you try looking for a mechanic in a new state, it can be stressful. Their garage is located in a beautiful property and is a family owned business.
They fixed our van in less time than the dealership and kept us informed throughout the procedure.
We had a pleasant exchange with both owners and they were very professional, safe and communicative.
I would totally return to Grady's and recommend to others looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard-working crew of mechanics in the area.

When I got there they looked at my car and fixed in very quickly. Great service, great price. I would highly recommend Gradys.

They saved me Almost $200 getting my timing belt an waterpump changed! I'll be taking my car to them from now on.
