Gracie's Food Truck

The lemonade was perfect! Green tomatoe BLT yummy. Gracie burger was on point too. Staff was very friendly and engaging.

Cute and "real" place with super easy access off and on to 1-87. It's not a food truck it's a "luncheonette" that's open late. We sampled a few things - kale Caesar salad was very fresh (maybe local) with dressing that didn't come from a bottle. Light and flavorful but filling with a good sized portion. The iceberg wedge salad with blue cheese was presented elegantly in 4 sections and again the dressing was first rate. We got a cup of the spicy chili and also a side of onion rings...the chili was a unique texture of smooth and chunky with just the right amount of heat. Came with a buttery cornbread muffin. Someone knows how to bake. The onion rings seemed homemade too and while the serving was small the flavor and crunch was awesome. Only reason not rating as a "5" was that service was slow and a touch indifferent...but the food was worth waiting for.

We worked with Andrew and Gracie's to help provide snacks and desserts for our wedding welcome party. The food was delicious, prices reasonable, and service was top notch. Nothing but respect and appreciation for these guys. Would absolutely work with them again, and can't wait to visit the brick and mortar diner next time we're in the area!

We chose Gracie's Food Truck for our Rehearsal Dinner the night before our wedding, and it was nothing short of delicious food served by wonderful people. Not only were they easy to work with leading up to the day, but they were beyond welcoming the day of-- and served up INSANELY good food! Our guests were floored by the meals they brought out, and the doughnuts that were served after were scooped up quicker than I could even blink. Needless to say, Gracie's food is a stellar choice for any occasion...whether it's for a party or you just a craving for some spectacular fried chicken :)

This place is still open! Not impressed at all. Service was lax and food was nothing special. Disappointed.

I had a breakfast burger and it was seriously amazing. Their truck sauce is so good. I wish I picked up fries or a doughnut, they looked sooo good! The guy next to me was racing the entire time, so I'll trust him. I got a homemade cola too, and it was the best soda I've ever had!

Welcome Gracie's as an new addition to the slowly growing number of place to eat around Catskill that are serving interesting and good food. Unfortunately for those of us with a sweet tooth. the desserts here are stellar including the doughnuts. Entrees range from the classic burger to the eclectic (one or two combos even odd?) but all inviting and tasty. Specials provide daily variety for regulars. The fact that virtually everything is made on premises is a plus. Best fried green tomato appetizer that any of my party had ever tasted - fries too. Wait staff very friendly and efficient and seem to truly appreciate you stopping by.

All in all a great addition to the local dining scene - I wish Gracie's well and a long life in Leeds!

So many places to eat in Hudson, but the girls at the beauty products shop raved about it, so we had to try it. Delicious burger, not too dense, but didn't fall apart -- perfect.

Loved the house made soda. Want to come back and try the fries.
