I've found many good items here, but the organization isn't as good as it used to be, for example pants, there's different size racks, but it's more of a "if you're lucky you'll find that size in the rack" kind of thing.
The dressing rooms were FILLED with clothing people just and didn't clean up (clean up for yourself, jeez! ), and there were some items without tags so we had to go get price tags for a couple items.
There were things like picture frames, dolls, and a few furniture things like coffee tables, some miscellaneous items, we've seen cool pillow cases, blankets, etc. Though, it's more (in my opinion) for clothes than that. We've also found good shoes, bags, though we couldn't find any dresses I liked, lots of VERY brightly colored dresses or they were too big haha.
The store is nice to go to for people with not much money (such as myself) to get maybe a pair of pants for 5$, or a shirt for two, so of course it's not gonna look the nicest. Nonetheless I've found good clothes there so it's a win in the end.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tina V.Goodlettsville, TN03Apr 17, 2024
They are getting crazy with their prices. Used donated shoes $25.00 I will go somewhere else to get that's is just stupid. I mean everything is donated why are the prices so high? Walmart has better deals.

I worked there as a temp worker for my 1st. Time. The 1st shift Management did not greet me; the 1st thing that was said to me was the sign in sheet is in the other room and you can't have your bag.I had to introduce myself to them and ask them for thier names.
Most of the women that work there have really smart mouths and attitudes. For EXAMPLE: I was working in the donation/ sortation center and approached an associate who was working in the hard ware depart to ask a question concerning an item that they accept. Well, before i could get the question out of my mouth the rudely interrupted me with out letting me ask her the question so I walked away.
I told a leader about it and apparently they just let her get away with it because nothing was done.
The 2nd shift Management did not come great nor know my name either. I was addressed as "sir" in a very grumpy kind of way. I had to introduce my name to 2nd shift Management as well.
The workload was cery strenuous, a lot of the furniture and TRASH were heavy at times. Its fast pace and can often become challenging depending on the flow of donations. Management DOES NOT check on you at at. In fact, I can recall 2nd shift Management coming back thier twice or 3 times to be snazzy and complain about we need empty bins with her rude self.
There was A FIGHT before my shift ended between to Female associates who were working out front near or on the registers!!!
To top it off, Management didn't even give out breaks!!!!!
I felt really underpaid and disappointed as if because I was a temp worker I didnt matter and was beneath them. I didnt appreciate my hard work being overlooke and feeling like I was just a do boy, when after all, if you're in need of a temp agency, then apparently you need the help!!! Us temps hold it down and should be treated better!!!
I would not recommend working at "this location" unless leadership create better basic people skills and to learn how to set the tone for the atmosphere of there employees.
I also want my presence and my work to fell valued.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Josue P.OH, OH064Aug 27, 2023
Ginormous selection of cloths. New items daily and their tagging system is useful, it tells you what day the item was put out. I have found Levi's, Tommy Hilifiger and South Pole pants here. However, the fitting rooms can sometimes be trashed, especially the left one of the men's sections this one always smells awful and had cloths everywhere. Not to mention, there is usually a line to check out. Apart from that there is lots to find.

Another wonderful Goodwill. Well organized store with friendly staff. Prices and product selection are hit and miss but hey it's a thrift store... things to make this better is for Goodwill to hire more cashiers is the only thing- waiting in line only makes for a negative experience and makes you not want to buy only one item when it can take 20 mins to check out

This Goodwill is enormous, and you could easily spend an entire morning here on a half-off first Saturday if you wanted to. Be prepared to wait in a bit of a line once they start half-off days again. I remember getting to the parking lot at 10 minutes to opening, and I still was probably 30th in line. It doesn't quite matter, as once the doors open, people tend to flock to different sections of the gigantic space.
I typically shop for women's clothes here, and I can find a decent selection of popular brands. I typically look for JCrew, Madewelll, Anthropologie, Loft, and other brands for work. However, there's definitely something for everyone here. My main recommendation would be to take the time and try everything on. Getting to the fitting rooms is hit or miss as sometimes staff will attempt to "manage" the line there, and they usually end up being rude to most of the customers. That's a bit of a trend at this location, and most workers don't seem to abide by the same rules as a unit. It's confusing when one worker tells you can drop off your donations in one section and another one shames you for walking in a "personnel only" area. They can't agree amongst themselves at all, so be forewarned. Despite the deals, you will have to wait in a 20-30 minute line for cashiers. If you want to speed things along, you can help by removing hangers first.
If you're able to get through difficult staff members and an excruciatingly long line, you're almost home free for these epic deals. I would say be careful of people trying to snatch up all the fahionable clothes for reselling on ThredUp/Poshmark, because they will be looking for all new clothes with tags...it's really quite obnoxious. Otherwise, if you go here during odd hours on a weekday, you can avoid the stampede of people.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Bianca B.Nashville, TN2704372359Dec 28, 2016

Message to management: please train employees to work faster during peak hours. It feels like I'm at the post offiice. No urgency when the wait time is 30+ minutes.

I just love this place.
And everyone else does, too.
The parking lot is a nightmare on weekends, but the store...
employees are nice, spacious, plenty of good inventory, large.
It's a nice place to shop.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Aug 5, 2015Previous reviewI find Goodwill extremely expensive for a thrift store....
This one is clean, well organized, staff is friendly and helpful and surprisingly, sizes are organized.. I go in Goodwill about every 4 yrs.. I prefer the thrift stores in Florida that are so much more inexpensive than Goodwill, but when I absolutely need something, I'll cruise the thrift stores in Middle TN.. But seriously.. they are so much more expensive than thrift stores I have been in...
