If I could choose 0 stars I would. My friend and I went to look at a car a few weeks ago and yes there were many red flags missed but due to the need of a vehicle I overlooked them. We couldn't test drive vehicle off of the lot because "he was the only person there" but he wasn't it was about 10 other guys. They also kept saying they were unaware of the sales process and only he could help with those questions but like why are you here then if you aren't knowledgeable on car sales..... Okay so everything seems to work I asked about check engine light and he declined any vehicle faults or damages so I overlooked this again and bought the car in full. The vehicle idles to turn on sometimes but it always started. Day 3 the vehicle stops as I'm driving multiple times on my way to a diagnostic appointment. I never made it and had to call for a tow. The inspector told me the engine had a hole in it and the dealership shouldn't have sold this vehicle at all. When I called they failed to be compliant or reasonable and denied any knowledge of vehicle troubles. Wouldn't recommend.

Cars are sold at good prices. The customer service as you'll see by all the reviews is shady at best. It's difficult to get a hold of people in charge, and they will not work with you at all. Sold me a car with a blown head gasket. We did not even make it home. They claim they didn't work with me because I gave them a bad review.
Randy seems like a decent guy, but he should probably find a place that's more honest. But a terrible idea to treat a returning customer poorly.
They have a mechanic that diagnosis problems and fixes them.
So when they sell you a car they know exactly what's wrong with it before they sell it to you.
If they don't tell you what's wrong with the car and you buy it, they fraudulently sold you the car.
When you're looking at a car they'll tell you they checked it out.
When you come back after it breaks down they say they never inspected it. They say that it's as is..
So don't confuse the word checked it out with inspection. Although they do an inspection they won't call it that.
There's a reason why people get low reviews and an F rating on BBB.
It's too bad because their prices are fair if they could just stop selling cars with pre-existing problems then they wouldn't have to circle the wagons and try to lie about everything when you confront them.
Always get the car checked out by your mechanic before purchasing from them.

I as a Door Dash delivery driver picked up a pizza for Damien, as I was approaching Global Auto he had called asking where his pizza was. Mind you it takes time, in traffic and we missed the turn. I then asked him the name of the lot, because there a few lots in the area. As I approached the door to hand him the pizza I simply said "It takes time", because he was rude to me on the phone.
He then proceeded hollaring names and obsentities at me. Very bad customer services. Yelling get off my lot! As we were trying to drive off his lot he throws the pizza at our car while waving a gun it the air.
      I called the police immediatly!
Sad thing is someone my husband used to work with is this guys buddy or family member, and had told us to go there to purchase a vehicle from him. So glad we didn't! After the reviews I have read and the lack of respect I seen from sure a childish man (Man is an overstatement) and the inventory on his lot. I would never purchase a vehicle from there.
I will bash this dealership, and blast this place all over the internet.

NEVER USE GLOBAL AUTO ON FRANK OR HARRISBURG...I've never had WORSE service then I Have in my entire life with Global Auto
...I bought my car outright so I understand there is NO warranty....the NEXT day check engine light comes on and my car starts shaking like crazy and won't even accelerate....went to AutoZone and 2 other mechanics who told me it's the catalyct converter...I went in to speak with the owner she rolled her eyes and said "Oh well you bought it as is!" ....I asked her to please put their computer on it bcuz the sales man TOLD me he used their computer while inspecting it and everything was fine. Surprise surprise their computer read the same thing AND told me it was never inspected. Then proceeds to bring the sales man in where I referenced our conversation and she said, in front of the whole office I mind you. " She's putting words in everyone's mouth!" He quickly denied ever telling me that and told me to leave. This was legit a DAY after buying this car that the light came on and all the issues started. They definitely deleted the codes to clear out the "Check Engine" light and the customer service is deplorable. She was also screaming at the young man doing my paperwork telling him that the other cars smelled like weed and blames him for smoking in them! I'm sharing this on all AUTO websites so the same doesn't happen to someone else.

To start, me and my boyfriend have bought several vehicles from them and had no issues... So I was inclined to purchase again from them... With that saying... Me, my boyfriend and my son bought a vehicle on Friday. Told the salesman the vehicle needs to be reliable because my son would be using it to travel to college and from college home... He replied, this would be a great car for him... My son didn't get to drive this vehicle at all... Friday bought it Sunday broke down on the side of the road... Will be calling in today when they open at 10:30 to see if they will recitfy the situation... Will keep you posted on the outcome whether or not they are loyal and helpful to their loyal customers and stand by the vehicles they sell... New or used...

January 1st I purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Offer Up. The Individual wanted sold $3400 but accepted my offer of $2100. We meet up and exchanged contract and money. Signed contract stated that once the title comes in from Global Auto Leasing he will call and transfer title before Feb 6, 2020. Everything done in writing, bill of sale also. At the time of purchasing car from individual, I verified the purchase from Global Auto Leasing.

Three weeks later 2/5/20 I received a text from a individual that they received the title and I needed to pay a additional 300$.

Verified with Franklin county title bureau it was in the individual name not in the car lots name anymore.

Prior to this date I spoke with Sarah (works at global auto leasing ) to find out if everything is legit with the car, because the individual I purchased the car from was not responding to me. Sarah stated that the car had a balance of $566 in order for the car to be paid off. I then asked if she could contact the person I bought the car from or come retrieve the car, she said she could not. I did state I would contact general attorney office and she said "why would you do that?" I paid the $566 because Sarah said if not, the car would be repoed and I would lose out on my $2100 I paid for the car.

I began to suspect her to be involved in scam.

Contact Global on 2/5/20 it was getting close to my tags expiring and left message I had two days left before tags expired.

I put the car in shop because of leak in transmission costs $1200 a few days after purchase and this is where it has been since purchasing. I received a text/call from my mechanic stating the police came and took my car on 2/6/20. The police which was impostors too the car and said i would have to contact Global Auto Leasing because it is reported stolen.

I contact Global Auto Leasing they gave me limited information, stated cars have been stolen from lot and a attorney may contact me, and rushed me off phone.

I contacted Franklin County Clerk Title and the title was transferred back to Global Auto Leasing as of 2/6/20.

The title reflects 1 owner, and inaccurate mileage.

I am to report to the Investigation Department of the BMV. Global Auto Leasing and the individual from Offer up are working together to scam people. Be aware of this auto sales lot. I have contacted and filled police reports of all the interaction with the individual and Global Auto Leasing LLC. STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible customer service and they don't care to help you once you've bought the vehicle. I didn't want them to fix my car for free just wanted them to be the ones to fix the vehicle cause that's where I bought it from and the finance company was willing to work with me if I got an estimate on the car. I am now laying a car payment for a car that's just sitting. I wouldn't recommend anyone get a vehicle from this place

Employees seems very disorganized and were kind of dodgy about answering questions. The car I went there to see listed on Craigslist wasn't in as good of condition as advertised. Didn't buy anything for obvious reasons.

Also the car was listed as a private seller on Craigslist, to avoid paying $5. That says a lot!
