Yet again, the best! The guys are super friendly, they work quickly, and are always happy to help! I won't take my car anywhere else for tires and breaks!

Workers was very nice and helpful but the manager went above and beyond to help me get a new tire. I would recommend this particular Gerald's to anyone who needs a new tire. The value of the tire I received was awesome!!! Not a paid review manager really helped me I'm so thankful!!!!

Needed a single tire and rim mounted. They were busy and the rep said they were swamped but would work me in. Less than 20 minutes later the work was finished. Phenomenal. I wish I could've tipped everyone. It's not in the best location and the building has seen better days but don't let that sway you.

I went to Gerald's because they have always helped out. Maybe its just the location, but my car is still not right after 5 visits for a simple tire change. 2 new back tires, no options given, the car now has a shimmy. I took it back, they bakanced the front tires, no better, Took it back again, closing time, first they said it wasn't the tires, I said it was fine until they changed the tires, they said come back Monday. Went to the Mt. Pleasant location Monday, they were too busy to look at it. Went to Summerville Tuesday, they rebalanced the tires, its still not right. So much for Gerald's caring and service that I was used to. Won't go back to any location.

Took my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. To make a long story short I ended up back there had a leak in my tire so I thought shortly after was told the inside wall of my tire was bad and it's either from the calipers sticking or they sold me a faulty tire from when I received new tires just a little over a year ago and the manager said he would send me a new tire for half price I declined cause if it is a bad tire I'm not paying for that so they fixed it under warranty a few more weeks go back another tire is doing the same thing the other tire did took it back was told it's a bad tire and it is about to split open and I said well you need to replace it under warranty they absolutely refused took my car to tire choice and they said Gerald's should of most definitely replaced my tire under warranty it was a faulty tire. Now, I have never ever ever had issues with my tires prior to taking my car in for the rotation I also was never told there was anything wrong with my tires when I picked it up from the tire rotation so it makes me wonder what is really going on there. They also just lost a dedicated customer!

Nice staff! Quick and friendly service. Reasonable pricing. I'll continue to use Gerald's in the future!

Gerald's Tires & Brakes on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is a great place to go for tires, brakes, and car help. The location is very convenient from the interstate and easy to access when you need to go here. The staff here is professional and offers excellent customer service and I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.
