Went here after dinner with friends from out of town for a nightcap and dancing. It was a Friday night around 8-9pm. Not busy at all, liked the entrance for photos and the dining area was big and seating looked great for large groups. It's a beautiful restaurant club. Lots of cool places to lounge.
Sat at the bar, ordered drinks, walked around, music was pretty good, danced by myself lol no one on the dance floor. Too loud to talk though unless you were by the bar or restaurant sections.
Drinks were good, I do recommend this place but it's just too pricy for us. Gratuity's are included (I don't blame them I work for tips too so understand) menu looked good but did not try. Before you go, check out the prices and make sure you can afford a night out here. Definitely a special occasion spot for us. Dress up look beautiful and party! Great for group celebrations

We had a great time last night at a private event at the Foundation Room, celebrating Joyce Spencer's birthday. Great venue with Joyce and her band. The bar, seating, and stage were so awesome. We haven't been downtown to House of Blues in several years & it was so much fun! Convenient parking nearby. I thought they had valet parking but it was not available. Our bartender, Damon, did a fantastic job! Great service and drinks!! We really enjoyed our night!!

I've been a member of the Foundation Room (FR) for several years now. Before Covid, they had good rock n roll shows at the HOB and it was nice to get preferred seating, valet parking, not have to wait in ticket or entry lines and have a place to hang out between opening acts and the main show. But now, it is a complete shit show. They started charging my monthly membership fee again in April 2021 (after suspending dues while the venue was closed) on the promise of having shows again. Since then, they have had a steady stream of shitty bands. I've seen one decent show (Band of Horses) in the past 18 months there. All of the good shows are going to other Dallas venues. It's like Live Nation had determined that HOB will only get the most pathetic bands. One of the perks of the FR was a discount on valet service and that they would park your car in front of the building so you didn't have to wait forever to leave after the concert. The last time I tried to attend a show, the valet was closed. We drove around looking for parking nearby for 15 minutes but the closest was blocks away under the highway where the homeless live. So we went home. Another change has been the absence of complimentary tickets. Pre-Covid, FR members could get complimentary GA tickets for almost every show that wasn't sold out. Since they started having shows again, there have been few offers of complimentary tickets. When they have offered, it was for a cover band or some other unappealing event.

The service has gotten worse and worse as well. As a FR member, you have an assigned concierge. My concierge is worthless. They are supposed to send out day of show information with times for opening acts and length of show, etc., so you know when to arrive. I have tickets for tonight's show and as of 5 p.m., I still didn't have any information (despite emailing the concierge yesterday and being told it would arrive this morning). But these are minor complaints compared to the lack of decent bookings. Seriously, if you want to see any decent bands, you should plan on going to any of the other venues. That's too bad because the balcony at HOB is probably the best place to watch a concert in Dallas. At this point, I'm trying to decide whether to start reversing their membership charges or file a lawsuit to get my money back for the past 18 months.

It is difficult for me to rate clubs because I am not a club person.

This place has no parking. You can find street parking or paid parking nearby.

This club is part of House of Blues. I have never had to pay a cover here. The music is pretty good with a DJ.

      Crown and coke cost $9.

My girlfriends and I absolutely enjoyed our time here after attending a concert downstairs at the House of Blues. My goodness we had a blast! We ended up coming on a 90's R&B night where they had guest singers from both the Dallas and Houston area sing some old school hits! The place was packed, but not ridiculously packed where you wouldn't be able to move around.

When we first got there, we assembled ourselves near a corner that was very visible towards the stage, eventually, we ended up taking over a section that was positioned dead-center of the dance-floor/stage. Great vibes were present throughout the venue and you could tell that everyone was enjoying themselves.

We got in free due to already attending the concert. Upon our dismissal, we asked the door ladies how much it would cost on a regular night. She mentioned that it would be $20 -- nothing free before any given time. In conclusion, if you're looking for a spot where folks aren't popping expensive bottles (for no reason), standing on furniture, or doing things they shouldn't (cough... lol), this is the spot to be. Strictly for the grown and sexy. :)

DO NOT GO HERE ON SAT NIGHT....I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only reason I gave them 2 starts is because the lady excepting admission fees was very nice. Overcrowded, vip parking is small and no spots available at 12 there was only 2 bartenders, it took an 1hr to get a drink. The staff was horrible and rude!!

I had an absolute blast here. The drinks were good the DJ was jumping in both rooms and the crowd was grown and mature. I did have a A friend order bottle service and they never got their bottle because the service was so slow but other than that it was a great time!

I came here by myself when I saw they were having a 90s/2000s party. I sat at the bar and ordered Moscow mules and the Korean fried chicken and Bao buns. The bartender was so attentive, sweet and was grooving to the beats!! My food arrived and was not hot and buns were hard and cool. This was immediately taken care of, brought back to the kitchen and my new HOT dish with soft hot buns arrived minutes later. It was delish!!! I've been to other foundation rooms and this decor was pretty but not as nice as the others. DJs were incredible, crowd was great and I will be returning for sure!! Thanks FR for being all class!!!
