Florida's Fresh Grill

This place was awesome. By far the best meal we've had so far on our trip to Florida. The server mentioned the Corvina so I ordered it and was really glad I did. It was unique to the area we were told and something I had never had, which was cool. My wife ordered the chicken with spinach and goat cheese. It's rare that we finish a meal and think, "Wow, that chicken was really good". But we did this time. Our server was very helpful - she guided us to our good choices. And they gave us a nice spot on the patio in a decent amount of time for a Friday evening. It was really nice, thank you Florida Fresh Grill :)

The food was amazing, the waitress was very nice, everything is just delightful. There is a bit of noise if you eat indoors, but out side with a slight breeze is quite perfect in my opinion. 10/10 would eat again

When it comes to Florida, two things that you often find are good fish and good service. However, when it comes to a birthday dinner on the Space Coast, I was looking for a place that provided great fish and great service. After searching for a little while, I kept coming across Florida's Fresh Grill. Located in the Publix shopping plaza in Cocoa Beach (if you are there, you will know the one), we made some birthday reservations during one of my visits to Titusville and made the 30 minute drive down.

We arrived at the venue and found the place extremely packed, so definitely glad we made reservations. The darker interior with rooms off to the left and right and a bar in the center looked pretty classy for the Cocoa Beach area. A hostess soon took us to our table and the server came to say hello. This server was extremely friendly and attentive throughout the entire night and made sure that we were having a great time.

So solid venue and service, but how was the food? In a word: EXCELLENT. We started our meal (based on online recommendations) with the avocado crab "tower" (note: don't expect a seafood tower type of setup) and the beer battered coconut shrimp. The apps arrived fairly fast and were both very tasty, with the coconut shrimp being noted by everyone as something: a) they would not have ordered regularly, and b) that was the best coconut shrimp they had eaten in years.

The real star of the show though was the mains. My wife and I each ordered fish, with me getting a mahi and her getting...something that I can't remember. What I can remember is one of them was "oscar" style while the other was "bellaire" style, which means the toppings on the steak. The oscar style was solid and something we had seen before on steak, but the bellaire style was to die for!

Overall, Florida Fresh Grill lived up to the hype. The venue, service, and food are definitely worth checking out anytime you are visiting Central Florida.

This joint showed up in my feed, so I knew it must be fate!

Sat at the bar and ordered a brew from 3 local options, and it didn't disappoint! Opted for the corvina with mango salsa on a bed of garlic mashed... wrapped it up with the snickers cake, which was the only thing I couldn't finish. So rich and chocolaty!

Ambiance is seaside speakeasy, service was friendly and helpful, and prices were in line with the area... this joint makes the list!

Wow. Had the most delicious chicken dinner. Shelly's chicken was so unbelievably tasty!!

I went here with a couple coworkers and we had such a great time. Ambience was really nice for having a great conversation and eating good food and sharing some good stories.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember the girls name that took care of our table, but she was so on par with making sure that we had drinks our food plates were taken away.
She made sure that everything that came out of the kitchen was perfect to our liking !

For an unassuming plaza Florida's Fresh Grill is a hidden gem. Delicious fresh seafood and impeccable service. We opted for the patio before it gets too hot. We ordered the fish bites from the special and the swordfish imperial. Fish bites were fried chef's whim of trim - tasty and fresh. The swordfish imperial was perfectly grilled and topped with chopped shrimp and scallops in a light citrus beurre blanc . We opted for the garlic mash and haricot vert. I had the salad with grilled salmon. It felt a little overwhelming with toppings but it seems to be a fav. They give you a choice of dressing but the citrus vinaigrette paired best in my opinion. We finished with the flourless chocolate torte. It was awesome and very decadent. It's a close walk from many hotels nearby.

The food is delicious but be prepared to wait whether you call ahead or not. We started with the calamari which was fresh and light. I had the shrimp and scallop dinner which was delicious. One of us had the filet mignon and she said it was better than she expected and very good. The third got the filet as well and one of us got a burger. The burger is HUGE.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the bizarre seating situation. Why not just take reservations? If you call ahead you still have to wait about 20 minutes (they were telling everyone the wait was 20 mins whether they called ahead or not). Just seems like a broken system but I'm sure they have their reasons.

Wanted Sea Bass for my birthday and decided to check out Florida's Fresh Grill. Let me just say the sea bass was amazing and the sides were so good! We each got a different fish and all were amazing. We sat outside so pics of our meals are a little dark. Service was great, it was worth the wait. It's busy so patience is the key.

Our Friends took us here for dinner as a treat! What a special treat it was!

As you know, I LOVE CRAB CAKES!! They had amazing crab cakes!

We all ordered a different dessert and passed them around. They were all so yummy! It would be hard to choose my favorite dessert!!!

If you want a really nice meal, get dressed up and enjoy!

This was my first visit to Florida's Fresh Grill and it was amazing. A friend took me for a bday dinner and it was fresh, delicious and the timing was amazing as well.
We had the Avocado Crab tower that was plenty to share and the crab tasted fresh and avocado was ripe and delicious.
For entree I had the swordfish and my friend had the shrimp and scallop meal. Both were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. We ended the meal with a crème brûlée that was top notch. Cocktails were nice and service excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

Been here numerous times. Pretty basic ambience in a shopping center storefront. But the fish is generally available and prepared reasonably well with many options like grilled, blackened and various sauces and toppings if that appeals to you. No photos right now, but I will add some later as I intend to visit them again in the next two weeks. In terms of pricing they are about what you expect when dining at Cocoa Beach. We average about $40-50 per person for appetizers main and share a desert. Alcohol will increase another $10-15 depending on what you drink. Don't recall the wine list as relevant. Service is pretty consistent/attentive but be patient if you go Friday or Saturday evening after 6pm as they get jammed.
