Five Guys

Solid burger and fries. Counter ordered by friendly and attentive staff. Clean dining room area, tables, floor and chairs. Bathrooms also clean. Food came out fast, hot and with the correct assortment of toppings.
Fries are HOT, and more than one person can or should eat in one sitting, we always share a regular order. Double cheeseburger with fresh toppings was juicy and hot, burn was fresh and soft!! Couldn't eat this every day or even one a week, it's a semi annual event for us. Dam good backyard burger! Come get you some, and enjoy!

One time the Cajun fries almost choked me from all the seasoning, the next visit they just went ahead and made it a double bacon burger, sloppily made;that's a lot of meat and a hefty up charge. It takes about 6 months for a burger joint or restaurant in general to weed out the bad employees. Five Guys has about 5 months and 2 weeks left, but i'll be back.

Always great to have new spots to break up the normal. Five Guys has a cult like following for their burgers and Fries.

We did burgers, fries, dogs and shakes.

The food is a little overpriced but the burgers are really good and much better than fast food options. The dog was decent and the milkshake was as well. Great topping selections!

My knock was the fries for sure as they were soggy. Hurts to type that as fries done right go a LONG way with me.

We will be back but not a weekly thing due to the price and waistline :)

The app wasn't working I came in in a hurry. I got two burgers and they were both made right, hot fresh and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Seems like they got all the kinks out. I am picky about burgers and I think five guys is the best around. So I'll be back.

Food is great when they get the order right. How hard is it when you have ordered 4 burger and there are 3 put in the bag or you order one cheeseburger with onions mayo and tomato and another cheeseburger with just ketchup. Guess what you get you get two cheese burger with an access of mayo and onions ( which my child hates) and another one with mayo and tomatoes. Both of these were ordered with the app and receipts were correct. This is the 5th time they got something egregious wrong with my order. Where is the simple quality control? It not hard to check to see if you have the right amount of items in the bag. During the Mayo on the burger incident I wait 30 minutes until someone notice that I was standing there. I had to wait another seven minutes until the fries were dropped and ready. I had to remind them I had a simply lemonade in the order which they would have forgotten.

Love the burgers but can't do it anymore. There is another one in Wesley chapel. I am going to drive the five extra to hopefully get the right order.

Full of irresponsible teenagers that lack work ethic. I'm giving it one star because I can't choose 0. We must have spent about 1/2 hour waiting for our food. One of our 2 shakes was sitting there half-finished until we went to ask one of the staff members who seemed to be walking around aimlessly while the others were busy prepping orders. He seemed confused and said he didn't know that was our shake. It had been sitting there for about 10 minutes looking all watered down and the other one wasn't even done. Maybe if he were more professional about it I could have been more understanding - but he was a jerk. I ended up leaving the shake there and didn't bother asking for a refund because dealing with these people was just THAT BAD. How can you go wrong at a Five Guys? It's all in the employees. Train them better!

Wow! The leadership happening here is refreshing! I had a minor issue with my order but the manager called me, apologized, and went above and beyond to make it right. The food was fresh, delicious and this is our new go-to Five Guys.
