Five Below

I had ordered something online last night (April 19th 2024), says it would be ready the next day and that they would send me an email saying it was ready. Mind you I paid for it so they should have put it on hold. I get an email today saying they had to cancel my order. I went online to the website and it says currently unavailable to pick up in store.

What they should do is when you pay for something they should put it on hold and at the end of THAT day if you don't come and pick it up then they can sell it to someone else.

(I did get my money back I wasn't charged since they sold to someone else).

Horrible customer service from the moment walking in! My family and I were greeted rudely by someone at the register informing us that they closed in 25 mins. We were tempted to walk out but as paying customers we have the right to shop around for those remaining 25 mins. As a retail store manager, that is highly unprofessional and I refuse the believe that this is apart of Five Below's customer service policy.

The service and attitude was so horrible I had to add this location into Yelp just to make sure this review would be addressed, as I'm concerned if I called the store I might be dealing with the same person who I saw tonight.

Managers Do not have any personality if you want people to come in please lighten up. as a manager I once was I would never disappoint my customers I was always happy and welcoming even on the tough days :)
