Jason L.O'Fallon, MO0216Sep 29, 2023Terrible experience with this bank. I had completed a loan closing and processing time was supposed to be 3 days. The bank had misplaced the paperwork and ended up closing 2 weeks later. When speaking with the Manager Anita Shepard to rectify the poor customer experience it was determined that she would not be able to assist or resolve this issue other than finalizing the loan. This is very poor business when a breakdown in the process and customer service had taken place. Good luck to those using the Dardenne Prairie location in hopes that the same customer service is not passed on to you
