i would give them an extra star however they dont have a lot of locations... i live in kensington, so driving to downtown in the morning sucks. however ive been with this bank for about 2 years now. i couldnt be happier. i've got free checking, i've got direct deposit, i've got free savings. The most important thing ive got is personal customer care.

do you like walking in and people knowing your name? "i forgot this..." is what i would tell them, they would tell me its no problem.
if something looked shady on my account. they would right away fix it. the bank employees are like the distant cousin you still talk to every day. i wouldnt change my bank for anything.
