Two times in a row. I ask for no mayo extra deli mustard. On my husband's pastrami sandwich. Both times I got no mustard and extra mayo. I cannot describe how much convincing it's gonna take me to get him to allow us to go back there again. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of attention to orders. Not that it matters but last time we ordered extra pickles and did not get them. Like I said, I'm just disappointed in lack of detail at your business. Food quality when it is done right is excellent.

I love the gluten free bread option--thank you! It's a generous size not found in most sandwich shops. Plus, I LOVE Coke Freestyle soda machine! Make custom drinks you can't find anywhere. Again, it's the little things that have me go to Firehouses across the country.

Jara H.Amarillo, TX0163Jul 27, 2022We put in an order for takeout. My sandwich was a meatball sub where I added pepperoni and mushrooms. There was barely any mushrooms and the sandwich was sloppily thrown together and the bread was hard. My husbands sandwich was missing 2 of the things he added on and was covered entirely in lettuce and dressing. It was soggy and a mess. We spent almost $50 for food I could've made better at home. We hadn't been in over a year bc of our last bad experience but since this was a new location by our house I thought we'd give them another shot. We were disappointed again.
