Fello's Mexican Food

My wife wanted to try some new food in town and hadn't tried Fello's yet. I knew that it would be a hit because you're not just going through motions here. You actually get good food with amazing flavor from the rice and beans to the main course.

I like the fact that the place is smaller and comforting inside. Nice pictures on the wall with a good amount of booths and tables. I was I could remember the name of the young man who was our server but it is escaping me at this moment. He was incredibly respectful and attentive to me and my wife and really made the whole experience what it was. Having good food is great, pairing it with great service is excellent.

The shrimp tacos were perfection. Each and every shrimp was fried just as well as the other. Tons of fresh flavor from all the dishes. The Quesabirria is so filling and is not just another from just anywhere. If you want real flavor and somewhere you will remember, try this place out.

Visiting from out of town, stopped by here and now I'm sad I won't be able to eat it all the time... AMAZING!!
The service was incredible the waitress was so sweet. Portions were large and great priced! The food was so flavorful!!! Seriously so so good!!

Best Fajitas in Manteca!! Go on Wednesday, only 15 bucks!! Tried many other foods as well and they were all great too.

Knowing the serving is good to be huge and it's going to taste delicious. We order take out from Fellos pretty often and it's always been a hit!

Place was nice and clean inside. Service was very friendly. Ordered chicken taco and cheese enchilada with rice and refried beans. The taco was served with shredded chicken in the red enchilada sauce very hot. Needed a little more cheese in my taco. Taco was very flavorful nice and crunchy but my shell broke, sad day. The cheese enchilada was served pipping hot. The enchiladas were tasty and flavorful tortillas held up well. The rice was flavorful but needed to be served hotter, it was just barley warm. The refried beans were just ok. No tortillas served with our order. Horchata was fire! A must order. It is a bit pricy $51 for 2 people.

Good food, quick service, friendly wait staff. Wish I could give 4 1/2 stars! I had the chile relleno and a chicken sope. My hubby had two crispy tacos with carnitas. My father in law had the grilled chicken quesadilla and shredded beef quesadilla. Really liked their shredded chicken in the sope. Would come back here again when driving through Manteca!

I ordered takeout at Fello's and I enjoyed the food. I'm very picky with my Mexican food, because I'm very particular with the flavors and spice level. I'm a big spice lover. My go-to are always taco trucks because the food taste soo authentic. I would like to say that the wet burrito was very delicious!! Meat was cooked very well. Wish they gave more red sauce. But I'm a saucy gal! The fries were cooked very well. There was no cheese on the fries. They actually put the cheese on the carne. So not the typical "nachos" I'm used to getting nacho cheese on nachos. The nachos were good as well. Those weren't for me. But the person who ate them liked them very much. I did like that they added a lot of jalapeños and veggies. Which I'm a big fan of. The customer service was great. They were very sweet and helpful. The restaurant was very chill and quiet. Would be nice to come and enjoy your food. Nothing too loud so it's a good date location. Overall I give this place. 3.5/5

What happened to customer service? I ordered the pancake breakfast for dinner, which consisted of eggs, bacon, fried potatoes with onions, and 2 pancakes. Pancakes came late and burnt. The server argued with me that they were blackened and not burnt. She got louder and louder. I stood my ground and demanded they take them back. She yelled, " we make them like that on purpose, and if the next ones are raw, and you get sick it's on you!" I think that was a threat. Because they were raw.

The receipts do not match the menue prices. Check your receipts against the menu prices.

Also, if you pay with cash, they keep your change. For example, if your bill is $25.17 and you give them $30.00, you would expect $4.83 back, right? No, they keep the .83 cents and give $4.00. If you complain, you get a plethora of excuses. They always round in their favor and not yours.

Pay with cash. Bring a dollar in change, and if they screw up, don't expect them to fix it and expect some revenge from the staff.

Food delicious, great service very polite. Clean and homey. I love this place! We don't have many good restaurants in manteca that serve good Mexican food.
