Please come here when Kyle is working, this guy makes sure you're well taken care of. I had an important night and made sure he suggested all the things I need and even bought me a few items to make my car look good! Give this man a raise!! He deserves! Thank you so much Kyle!

I have been keeping the membership since 7-8 years ago just because I like to keep my car clean all the time but honestly this place was great in the beginning. Nowadays is different story ; 1) often time the car picks up more dirt and greasy stains after the wash 2) a lot of time the air/ vacuums don't really work 3) machines pick up wrong configuration and levels down on my platinum to lower levels on its own 4) always pushing customers bumper to bumper which gives me a heart attack occasionally because somehow some drivers don't know how to put their gear to "N" and keep stepping on the brake!!

Then why do I still go here? Simply there are no more REAL hand-wash in my area anymore and other car wash places are even worse than here :(

Just watch out for the drivers who are not familiar with this type of car wash. Literally my husband had an accident inside here because of some idiot who started stepping on the brake but the machine did not pause as it should automatically.

I normally don't listen to bad reviews, as they're mostly done when someone is having a bad day or maybe the establishment had a bad day of service that day. Everyone is entitled to an off day right? This location was closest to my location at the time. I said "eh I'll try it can't be THAT bad. Oh boy was I mistaken! Due to the time of day, the pictures are a bit hard to see the dirty I'm going to mention.
All rims still have a lot of brake dust
The scrubbers and dryer pad things didn't even touch my vehicle on the right side! Literally about 3 inches away from it
My windows had streaks when it looked clean which just made the dirt more obvious. Like imagine going off-roading and running your fingertips on the glass after. That's how the left side was left. Rather than go back and demand a refund or a redo and get angry at the nice clerk, I re washed my car at home. I'm curious how these people offering 5 star reviews have their cars. Do you wash them every other day?
Only thing that comes to mind when I think of this location is "you did it to yourself, you should have listened to the 1 star people"

It's ok if you need to clean the dust off your car.

My car was dirty from the rain last week. Had to manually wipe my car to clean it and it didn't remove any bugs at all from the from of the car.

Also, the water must be recycled A LOT because the water in the door jams is so dirty after the wash, dirtier than my car was lol

My car did not get washed. It got rinsed.
There was plenty of dirt still left on the back of my car. I regret not asking for a refund or to go through the wash again.
I've been to other Fast5Xpress washing and they have been decent. This location was not.

I love the people that work here and the car wash club. I just don't like that they don't tell you that they self renew the membership so keep on top of your credit card. The place is worth it. Unlimited washes and good equipment as well as free vacuums for everyone. Not just those who get a car wash.

This is my favorite car wash place in Irvine (the closest thing you'll get to soapy joes). They have very yummy air freshners like lemon and coconut creme and the workers are all so kind. You pay for the kind of wash you want and then there are designated spots to vacuum after you go through the wash. Do be warned it can get really busy on weekends and when you exit the wash, you won't have a place to vacuum and you can't just stop, you have to keep going and leave without vaccuum. I wish they would create a better system so that vacuuming was guaranteed when you go through the wash (you can't leave and come back just for vacuuming). Other than that, I love the place!

I am so happy that they put this in here. I always hate getting my car washed because it takes time waiting. This way you just drive through the tunnel quickly in and out and you can vacuum yourself so it better be a five-star review since I'm doing the cleaning inside and wiping down the outside myself. It's fast and quick and just what I was looking for with my busy schedule. I was reluctant about buying the membership but it's such a great value that I decided to go for it. Now my car gets a weekly bath.

It was reasonable price. The end drying was thr best for me including it cleaning my tire.
