I'm telling you right now that 4" artisanal brioche bun by Engleman's is incredible. Toasts wells when buttered on a flat top. Their "Vienna Bread" is also great for deli sandwiches and grilled cheese". The breads I've had of theirs always has a great chew. That photo I added is of a toasted brioche. Yummy!!

Left message for bread to be delivered on Saturday.
No order.
No communication.
Went to Whole Foods next door to purchase items.
Left message for order to be dropped off this Monday.

We have used this company for many years. The last year or so was a little rough due the delivery driver not nice and orders normally incorrect. They now have a new guy (Will) as our delivery guy for our business and he is great, very patient, and friendly. As long as Englemans keep employees like Will they will keep customers. Not to mention their breads are phenomenal!!!

I have used Engelmans at several different reatuarants that I have managed. I have found this company to have a GREAT product with great service as well. I am happy to write a nice review for them after having used them for over 15 years.
