      First to Review

Tried this rebranded restaurant twice now and can leave a positive review based on my two visits and meals here. Typical strip mall setup with some miscellaneous Mexican decor.
Salsa was delicious, slightly sweet, and with creeping heat that produced sweat on my bald head. Nearly unnoticeable but it's there and I really enjoyed that.
Today I had the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and it was superb. Not too much cocoa or overtly sweet. Just right. Chicken was nothing special coated with the sauce and could've used some of its own flavor. Rice and beans delicious.
Last week Quesa Birria tacos were really good. The Birria didn't have a remarkable flavor, good and tasty with the cheese, but it didn't stand out.
Some notes: Fans on high resulted in cold food towards them end of my meal. It came out hot, so maybe they can turn those down slightly.
They brought a bottle of water and charge $1.50 per bottle. I don't mind tap with ice and lemon but I didn't ask if that was an option.
Compared to my other Mexican restaurant favorites with 5 stars, this place falls slightly short at 4. Very good and worth a try, and I'll certainly be back to try more dishes.

Maybe it was because I was so hungry from a day of travel but I SWEAR this place has some of the best taco burria con consume I've ever had. The meat was flavorful and tender and with the consumer it was absolutely decadent. The service was timely and friendly and the portions were great! I find some of the local burria tacos too small to feel like a full meal but these were deliciously filling and a good size still! I also took a carne asada torta to share with my boyfriend later and it was delicious!!
