Purchased appliances with guarantee and warrantee. Since items delivered have been calling the business weekly about fixing appliances. We have since bought working appliances and have asked them numerous times to come pick up their non working items and refund our money. The first few times it was 'yes we cannot come out till..', 'we will make it right', 'no one is here at the moment'. Has been months and they always say will call you back or we'll be there this weekend . now they are either just not answering or hanging up when they realize who it is. They are thieves and con artist and should not be allowed to remain in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Bad idea. We bought an appliance that didn't work from day one. They give you a 30-day 'guarantee' that if it doesn't work, they will fix it in your home or replace it. We scheduled service THREE times and the repairman failed to show. Finally, after an irate call from me, we got a repairman. The appliance worked for about a week and then died. We gave up at this point. Poor customer service and poor business practices.
