Ordered an edible arrangement several days in advance for my wife on Valentine's Day. They delivered it without the card I ordered. I was out of town and had to call several times to finally get someone to answer. The person that took the call after hearing my issue said yes we refunded the card(which was a lie still haven't received it) we don't have the printer to make the card and they keep advertising that we do. No apology, there was no call ahead to ask if I would like to order a regular card or anything. She put me on hold for a couple minutes, picked up(I could hear people speaking in the background) and then hung up. Trust me I'll never use them again.

First off, I want to state that I've never been to this physical location. I bought an arrangement online, and was later sent an email for a customer survey. After completing it, it asked for me to write a review on yelp, and clicking the link forwarded me to this particular Edible Arrangements location. So I am assuming this is the location that fulfilled my order.
The treats were tasty and enjoyed by all. These are great gifts for family members who live far from you.
The only complaint expressed to me was that when she opened the box everything was a mess inside. As you can see in the picture, nothing was damaged and she was able to put everything in its place. If you are in the Kansas City, MO area, be very wary of using the franchise stores located in Lees Summit and on Broadway St. The staff (and I believe I spoke to the owner) was incredibly rude and was the epitome of "Bad Customer Service." I ordered (online) an edible arrangement and fresh flowers for my aunt's 90th birthday. The edible was delivered, but the floral arrangement was not. I called the next day to ask about the flowers and was told that they forgot them but would be delivering an arrangement later that day. Well...the arrangement consisted of wilted white flowers, which everyone knows symbolizes mourning (can you think of a more depressing gift for a 90-year-old?) It was so bad, my aunt sent me pictures. I called customer service to complain about the order and asked for a refund. I was patched back to the Kansas City store where they disputed the poor quality of the flowers, called me a "liar", and then hung up on me. This store preys on those who order online and don't have local access to inspect the merchandise and to reject orders that don't meet expectations.

Ordered a fruit cup and strawberry cone and none of it came fresh as stated online! Molded strawberries, old grapes and the chocolate covered strawberries were nothing that I expected them to be. I am really disappointed. But I am glad it was only $10 that was wasted.

After reading that last review, how could you possibly take that person seriously? Also, UMKC area from Lee's Summit is an 18-19 mile drive, well above the 12-15 mile radius they quote.

I really like Edible Arrangements as a company, but the Lee's Summit store is rude and understaffed. I have stood inside on several occasions with no one coming into the front, so I end up leaving...just like today. On another occasion, I got to the store an hour before it was to be closed...but it was locked up tight. The lights were on and there was a couple sitting in a vehicle in front of the store. I suspect that one of them was the employee for the store. When I told the manager or owner the next day she told me that I had to be mistaken about the time because they did not shut early. (Great, I am 60 years old and never learned how to tell time.) I hope another franchise opens because this one is horrible about customer service.
