      Terrible experience take your business elsewhere! I visited this establishment today looking to order something for my wife for Valentine's day. I wanted to surprise her at work, and have it delivered to her job on VALENTINE'S DAY! (This was clearly stated to the lady working the register) Anyway, not only did this location spoil the surprise by sending text message updates about the Edible arrangement delivery to my wife. They also made the delivery today 2/13/24 via Uber. Which is obviously not Valentine's Day. Once I got home from work, I called to express my displeasure about the delivery date. Nothing but "I'm Sorry" was offered in return.


      GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

      This is the absolute worst edible arrangement location to order from!!!!! I highly recommend going to any other location other than this one! When you have rewards to be redeemed they don't acknowledge them at all, even for your birthday rewards. Their strawberries are not fresh and have gross soft spots and their cookies are extremely stale, ALWAYS!! The Indian guy is always very rude and unpleasant as if he hates being there! I don't know if it's his location or not, but he need to find another occupation if you don't like your current one. Again, please don't order here, they're terrible!! If I could give zero stars, heck, even negative stars, I would.

      Terrible customer service. Went in on Father's Day for Father's Day promotion and store wouldn't honor special that was clearly on display on the screen behind her. She said we forgot to change it. Lady at the front was so rude after I asked for other recommendations. She told me I could look at the kiosk for recommendations and refused to help. I would never order from here or spend my money anywhere with service like that. I won't be back.

      This was ABSOLUTELY the best purchase I have ever had from a EA store! Thank you! Thank you! Love loved it! Will def use again! They def know what they are doing at this location and the quality is excellent.

      I always enjoy a visit to Mall of Georgia Edible Arrangements. They are outside of the actual mall right across the street from Target. Very easy access in and out, grab what I need and go. Been here on several occasions and ordered gift baskets and arrangements, never disappointed with the selection. They even have smoothies and frozen yogurts, for a quick sweet healthy snack. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Recommend giving them a try now and then, their arrangement selection changes throughout the year for holidays and seasons.

      To say this family owned biz takes pride in Top Notch Customer Service, is a complete understatement! As a business owner myself, I've been so impressed with them, that I call them even when placing orders in different states. Forget an occasion, no problem, they can get the order out in less thank 24 hours and even throw in a special addition. I will forever do business here!!!

      I have mixed feelings about this location. I remember coming here frequently when they first opened. Customer service was great, they had a variety of items to choose and it was great. Back in December my daughter was gifted edible arrangements but her godfather forgot that she was allergic to nuts. I called the store as soon as I found out what he sent and explained the situation. The young lady was understanding and polite and she came up with some substitutions. She actually called me quite a few times to make sure everything else was safe. I can't describe as a mother of a child with but allergies how good it felt that someone cared enough. I personally think she went above and beyond. Unfortunately i never got her name and we were in the middle of bday prep I didn't even think to post here. This week I went in either Tuesday or Wednesday the first thing I noticed was a slight odor as soon as I opened the door. I stood for a while bc the young lady had her back turned she put something in the back came back to the front and then acknowledged me. It wasn't a big deal just an observation bc in the past they were pretty attentive when anyone walked in. There wasn't a lot to choose from and what was in the glass looked meh. She answered my questions but I got the impression she didn't want to be bothered.I noticed her hair was wet under her baseball cap from sweating so I figured maybe there was a problem with the ac which would explain the smell. I grabbed a chocolate covered strawberry cup and left. The strawberries were the tiniest (in the past they were big and juicy )strawberries but they were pretty damn good. My friends bday was Thursday so I sent him an arrangement but I hesitated bc I was nervous that he wouldn't get the best presentation. Ironically the sugarloaf location was the closest option and the Buford location was not an option. His order was perfect.That confirmed that they had an off day in my eyes.I went back Friday bc we were going to have a movie night and the kids wanted the edible arrangements. I walk in and the smell was so bad. I was wearing a mask and I couldn't get past the smell. It smelled like rancid fruit mixed with dirty old mop water. I tried to ignore it and looked quickly in the display but again the options were bare and they didn't even look appetizing. I complained about the smell and asked if they had any other options available and the same girl from earlier in the week appeared unbothered. This time she wasn't sweaty. I couldn't take the smell, the lack of options or her apathy and left. As I was backing out I noticed her mask was under her chin. I couldn't remember if it was down the while time bc I was so distracted. But then it's a concern bc if she's sweating profusely like she was the other day and breathing on the fruit without a mask that's concerning. If all you do is order online I don't see anyone having problems. But if you go in and have the interaction I had and you see the sad display not jus in terms of not a lot of options but the appearance of the fruit it doesn't have that same appeal as when they first opened. It used to be so beautiful and appetizing. I understand with covid they may not have a wide assortment but at least make it look good and take pride in the work you do. In my opinion the fruit reflected the girls attitude. But they really need to figure out the overwhelming odor. This location is perfect for me and I want to see this small business succeed.

      I have given this place several chances to fix a previous problem with a molded fruit bouquet. Not only can they not locate my $120 credit, I have to hound them to get back to me. I keep getting disconnected while put on hold. I still have not heard back from them. Customer service is terrible. I really have tried because we have had good results on the past, but this is ridiculous. Get your act together!

      I ordered from this location on February 14th, Valentine's Day. Probably the worst time to try and get last minute gifts, ESPECIALLY if you're over 2000 miles away... or so I thought.
      I feel terrible writing this review so late, but the service I had was so exceptional that it was literally eating away at me for not having expressed my feelings about it.
      I'm stricken with remorse at the fact that I can't remember if the lady's name was Jennifer or Jessica, but "she" deserves the world, or at least some form of raise.

      As I mentioned earlier, I'm a considerable distant away and I unfortunately have a tendency to be a tad bit controlling, so when my surprise Valentine's to my Mother and Sister wasn't going according to plan I started to get irritable, but every time I called Edible Arrangements, "she" answered with a voice as sweet as the treats. Maybe as the delivery driver "she" took a personal stake in getting my gifts to my loved ones, but most wouldn't.

      I even at one point almost accepted it wasn't going to get delivered that day due to scheduling conflicts, everyone being busy, the stores closing hours, as well as a misunderstanding when my brother called and said he'd pick it up the next day.. but "she" WOULD NOT take no for an answer, "she" was as devoted to my goal as I was which is rare, well, pretty much unheard of.. I was so shocked that someone cared so deeply about something that is so insignificant to most other people.
      I was reminded that passion and caring about your job still exist.
      "She" finally got the gifts to my loved ones and I was ecstatic, my sister who was having a rough day called and her mood changed entirely; I could feel my mother's smile light up.

      The day was made.
      Not because of me, but because a stranger who excels at her job wanted to make someone's Valentine.
      I pray someone made her Valentine's day as well. She deserves it, and this may seem like much to most people, but I couldn't be more grateful of "her."

      Today is my birthday and my sweet fiancé sent me an arrangement. I received it at 4. In my opinion that's kinda late to get something like that. My biggest concern is that it is strawberry season. Why are most of the strawberries in the arrangement old? The cantaloupe is tasteless. My honey was sooo excited to send them to me. I can just say I'm just disappointed that you would let something go out looking like that. I've had an arrangement before and everything was fresh and wonderful.

      Update: I received a phone call and Christina was very sweet and kind trying to offer many ways to make things right. I'm very big on customer service she has went above and beyond. At this point as long as employees learn and grow from this that's all that matters. Thank you for reaching out to me.
