We stayed during a big Razorback game weekend. What a terrific staff! AJ called immediately after our checkout to advise we had left an item in the room. What fantastic customer service! Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!

The guy working the desk was rude. Breakfast was a joke, with meatless biscuits and gravy only. Hotel was unwilling to accommodate more blankets and pillows. I will never stay there again.

Pets allowed with a small fee, 12$ a night, The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating to our needs of a room on the first floor. She was kind and helpful above and beyond what you normally see. THANK YOU! There's smoking and non smoking rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. There was an area to walk the dog, close by food, such as Subway, Italian and other food choices, as well as a gas station on the corner which was very handy. There was a coffee always ready at any time of day in the lounge area. Breakfast available for no extra charge. WIFI worked very well. There were plenty of towels. A couple more pillows would have been nice. The prices were the same as if I had booked with an online company. There was a pool on site free to use as well.

It's really the only motel for about 15 miles in any direction but it's really nice. AJ, the owner and manager, and his wife are very pleasant and turn themselves inside out when there is a problem to try to fix it. One day there was a shortage of hot water but the whole place was packed full and the boiler just couldn't handle the load. There is WiFi but it does slow down when the place is full.

They have a cold breakfast bar with waffles, cold cereal, juice, coffee, and toast. A two minute walk across the parking lot Willis take you to a pizza place, Subway, Chester Chicken, and frozen custard. All reasonably priced.

Anyway, back to the motel. Very clean, iron & ironing board, coffee pot in the rooms. Complimentary shampoo, soap, and plenty of towels. Good lighting in the rooms. Clean bedding and good beds. I really can't find anything to ding them on for an economy-priced motel. There is a small pool/hot tub onsite. And a pay laundry.

2nd stay in two weeks. The staff (Sara & Crystal) are wonder. Enjoyed our second stay as much as the first.
Rhonda the manager made sure the pool was perfect as was our room etc.
We're tickled to have a great place to stay while visiting family in McDonald county.

We were here for a two night stay. It's a budget hotel with four star service. The staff is amazing. We've had nothing but wonderful service. They helped us when we arrived early, getting us in a room fast. The room wasn't perfect. But when I expressed my concerns to the staff it was promptly fixed. The manager Rhonda personally made it perfect. The room was what I'd expect for a budget hotel. Except we have a microwave, frig & coffee maker. I was pleasantly surprised. So many things I want to post and give credit to this hotel because I was shocked by the bad reviews and certainly wasn't expecting much for sure. Only picked it for the price expecting what the bad reviews said. After arriving I spoke with one of the staff about the bad reviews and told her how surprised I was with our stay. And she explained that they have recently gotten new management.. OK that explains a lot. Obviously the chain has made a good choice on their new manager. Outstanding!! I will stay again and even look forward to seeing the staff again. Wonderful people. And I've gotten a little spoiled by the overnight clerk making me coffee special because I told her I was a night owl.
Seriously, wow.. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Hotel. Clean, good rates, and nice people working there. The hotel is on a hill, so it's quiet. There is a strip mall with various fast food restaurants, within walking distance for dinner. Offers a small breakfast with cereal, waffle iron, and coffee.
