By far the worst hotel experience in years. Room was terrible......dirty, smelly, and bed was like a rock. The worst was the plumbing though. Flushed it and it leaks from bottom of tank and overflows into floor. Had to turn off water to get it to stop...... and get another room. So clerk is nice and apologetic and gives us another room which was also dirty and stinks......Do yourself a favor and find some place else!!!!!

Filthy ... Couldn't walk in room without shoes on. Carpet made your feet black. Told front office upon checkout and they said, too bad, should have said something when we first got there. We didn't spend any time in the room until the last night and that's when we noticed. Who wants to wear their shoes to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night?? People in next room had same problem...told their children not To touch anything and their toilet was filthy and had to be cleaned before using it. The Shower Head had growth coming out of it. OMG...it was deplorable. Ms Patel only offered a 10 percent discount for the nastiness. This is a health hazard for anyone that may have scrapes or open wounds and this was in the handicapped room ...really????? She told me she could've put us in a cleaner room....why didn't she the first time?????? Forgot to mention that we didn't even have to use the cold water when taking a shower, the water was barely hot enough for a shower!! Do yourself a favor and take a clean wet towel and wipe it on the carpet before you say ok to your room. Folks, protect yourself from coming in touch with unknown bacterial infectious diseases!!!!

Nasty. Carpeted floors hadn't been vacuumed and were wet, dirty and burned in places. Room smelled of smoke and sewage. Wifi didn't work, sticky stuff and cigarette burns on everything. Bathroom had no hot water and they weren't able to fix it. Bathroom door didn't lock because the door was physically busted. Didn't even try the food.

Not a cheap stay but definitely a cheap motel. Strong chemical smell in office area and in rooms. Maybe they are trying to keep away the bugs but spotted a roach on the AC unit shortly after entering the room. Website claims that there is free WiFi in rooms but there was no network signal outside of office area. When asked the desk clerk for help with the WiFi, the response was a suggestion to ask the manager in the morning because she knew nothing about any internet other than to say that it's working fine in the office. Note that we are checking out in the morning. Won't be back to stay at this choice hotel anytime in the future.

Pounded on my door at 10:40am. "check out at 11:00!" Thanks lady, I'm sure you've got a full house on a Sunday night. 10 dollars an hour fee if you check out late. 70 dollars for mediocre room
