This is my husband's go to spot whenever he goes into the office. He always raves about their gyro salad, so I had to try for myself.
Upon ordering, service was super quick! If you're in a pickle of time and want something delicious and hearty--this place is the way to go. We ordered their salad!
Initial thought of their salad was that it was huge! I really thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I did. It was that good. The blend of flavors really meshes well, and it doesn't leave you feeling to bleh at the end. A right amount of everything. The tzatziki sauce was a great touch to the vinaigrette dressing.
A little on the pricier side, but still think it's worth it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - B P.Sacramento, CA0361Apr 27, 2024
Beef and lamb gyro meat was dried out. Was more like an oily beef jerky and the bread was old and dry, wouldn't even hold. There was literally 2 1" pieces of onion on the gyro.
Ordered Greek fries. The fries were not cooked all the way and soggy simultaneously
This and the audacity to prompt for a tip at payment following the order.
Tips should be not requested. And especially before any service has taken place. This place is a jokeHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Theresa W.Sacramento, CA152175127Feb 17, 2024
Such fresh ingredients! And yes, the quality of food and price is so good! For us vegans, the tahini sauce is vegan so have at it friends! I usually go for falafel but had the garden pita this time. Did not disappoint- fresh crisp veggies, yummy kick of Kalamata olives, soft and delicious pita, and the tahini sauce *chefs kiss*
Employees were so kind and helpful, even though we showed up the minute they opened. Haha
Comfortably spaced seating- not too crowded or loud. It was great! Oooo and they have one of those mix your own drink dispensers. So much fun!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Abigail D.Sacramento, CA01314Apr 19, 2024
Food was tasty. The portion of meat was good, but I wish there was more rice and salad as the plate was a little disproportionate.
Service was also very quick. :) thank uHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John S.Folsom, CA33131Apr 27, 2024

8/2/2023: Truthfully, I was suppose to inhale dinner at Priya which is a couple doors away from Eat A Pita's entrance; however, Priya was closed! When one restaurant was closed for whatever reason, I always choose an alternate restaurant which serves an equally substantial, dinner meal . . .
Fondly enamored and awe stricken, Eat A Pita's menu was JAMMED PACKED with awesome, impressive meals from appetizers to dessert selections which my decision-making and critical skills were absolutely perplexed what I would inhale for dinner . . . Hmmmm~
Finally, I chose inhaling the delectable mix grill from Eat A Pita's fourth panel menu selection on the right side for my dinner, inhaling session, consuming Firestone's 805 libation plus, I selected and purchased breakfast and lunch for 8/3/2023 because I'm lethargically catatonic, i.e., experiencing heavy brain fog--the inability cooking ANYTHING upon waking up in the morning.
Oooof~ Eat A Pita's mix grill is a gargantuan meal which my eyes are egregiously larger than my stomach, i.e., it will take THREE DAYS completely inhaling the mix grill dinner!
On 8/3/2023, I attempted inhaling the Spanikopita for breakfast and inhaled a morsel of the chocolate Bakalava . . . Oooof~Surely Eat A Pita's menu selections I chose will take three days' inhalation sessions; however, all what I have chosen and purchased are simply delectable, devine, and simply enjoyable inhaling every sumptuous morsel.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Dec 9, 2023Updated review
Very good food, reasonable prices and very quick -- and friendly -- service. We've never been disappointed here.

Can be crowded for lunch and because of their location -- near all the office complexes -- it's closed on Sundays. But it's a place we get to at least once a month. Good choice of vegan options as well, which is why we keep coming back!

I absolutely love this spot for lunch. I'm partial to the Chipotle Chicken Pita with fries and the House Yellow Sauce is a MUST!! Great tatziki and fresh ingredients keep me coming back weekly. The staff is friendly and even knows my order when I walk in the door. Awesome food, good price and great people.

Friday, 9/1/2023 - we love this place. Service is great. Staffs are nice. Restaurant is clean. We bought this little dessert sampler and all 4 pieces were delicious. My little one loved the chocolate piece.

This restaurant is located in a small shopping plaza. It's next to Mr. Pickles and a pet hospital, across from Children's museum. There is a nice large parking lot with plenty of parking. Upon arrival:
Pros:
1) the lady that helped us was very nice.
2) small restaurant but looked cleaned.
3) nice large menu above the register. Easy to see.
4) gyro and chicken kabob was very good. Chicken kabob was prefectly cooked and not dry.
5) my little one wanted lemon for the kabob. They didn't have lemon or lime slices. But they did provide lemon juice.
Cons:
1) no cons
Conclusion:
We liked this spot. Service was great and server was really nice. Tables were clean. Fountain drink machine was clean and the area around it was clean. It's a cute little restaurant.
