Dunkin'

Service was phenomenal. Attitude of staff was impressive. Very nice to the customers. Coffee was hit and good. Usual Dunkin Donut inside. Located in strip mall .

I'm not one to leave negative reviews often however, this Dunkin was so unpleasant that it requires a closer note.
1st, I had to explain my order several times, I felt hurried and the mechanical responses made it difficult to understand. I've never been to a Dunkin that the replies were giving so quickly and trained for speed rather than service oriented.
2nd, I can understand a business for the high-volume needing to expedite order taking but this was just ridiculous.
3rd, I ordered the iced latte which they made into a pumpkin even though I wanted vanilla. The pumpkin flavor tasted artificial and chemically not at all good. The wrap looked like a small soft taco, and he looked slapped together. They forgot the baking egg cheese in the croissant. And when they handed the food over it was practically thrown at the pickup area just 30 seconds later. The only thing they got right was the 6 donuts, but that's because I pointed and called them out. So disappointing. PS, there was no line.

'Oh my god' is an understatement.

Got both the egg bites, and they were completely SOUR. Veggie ones I spit out and my dog wouldn't even eat it. Bacon one, I got two bites in, tolerable at first, but off.

If I wanted my whole day ruined by running to the bathroom, I would've at least made it 'worth it' by going to White Castle or Rut's Hut.

Stay away, far, far away. I actually ordered a doughnut, something a rarely do at Dunkin Donuts and it was RAW inside! Gross, horrible, horrendous. I'm probably going to die now.

The worst and has gone even more down hill. Today the lady asked me 4 times what I wanted, and I repeated it 4 times. However she was too busy listening to the other workers conversations to listen to what I was saying. She did get my order processed after the 4th time. Thank goodness I moved away and only have to come here sporadically.

They are too lazy to work and losing business just because of that. I asked for a bagel twist with cream cheese and she said she can make it while all other Dunkin's are able to what I wanted.

I went there as usual....I had to repeat myself a few times and now all suddenly hot foods are not available between 12 and 6am The coffee wasn't fresh and the guy was extremely lazy not even any labels on my 3 coffees I had to figured out on my own and had an attitude......there usend to be an employee by the name of Maria she was awesome toooo bad she's not at this branch anymore....been going to this place for 11 yrs now and certainly it's would be my last time......The service is poor Shame on this location.

If I could give them half a star I would.I went in to get three coffees with my sister ,while we were waiting the man at the register did not give back the right change to the customer in front of us and the customer was mad.when it was our turn to order We said our order up to the second coffee and he than stuck his handout without telling us the total and asking if there was anything else I then proceeded to order the third coffee Pay and walk to use the restroom. When I tried to shut the door the door Swang open because it was broken and it had no working lock. I had to have my sister hold the door shut while I used the bathroom .when I sat down I found that the toilet was not bolted down .it than shot water out of it when I flushed making the whole bathroom floor soaked .when we went to go get the coffees there were only two and then he tried to say that we did not pay. After explaining that we paid and did not get the third coffee. He crapply made all three coffees and threw it on the counter almost spilling it

Still stale tasting coffee im beginning to think they do not use DD coffee beans but yet a knock of brand!!! Ice tea isnt any better, the tea water tastes MOLDY!! Ugh DD needs to get it together!!

You know that Katy Perry song in which she lists a bunch of instances and their opposites? Hot and cold? Up and down? Kissing and making up? Kendrick Lamar and Drake? Something like that... Well she's got a song for extremes, but if she made a song for how I felt about this particular Dunkin, it'd probably be just like "You guys are lukewarm, and floating midway in-air". T.I. wouldn't approve of their mediocre.

The customer service varies from visit to visit, I guess because the workers tend to live out their daily moods? There are some days where I walk in and I'm their best friend, then other days where I'm just like, "Damn, can a brotha get a smile... And a SOFT croissant?"...

Segueé into the food... Nothing out of the ordinary. Other than the fact that donuts and other bakery items tend to not be very fresh. Not sure if they even bake stuff on the premises, or if they just have another nearby store cook their stuff. But my donuts are usually hard and drier than British humor. Drinks are usually a hit-or-miss. Sometimes I wanna just kiss whomever made my iced latte, iced tea, or pumpkin coffee. Other times, I have the urge to put on one of my old green aprons (from my tenure at the "other" place) and show them brewing proportions. I think some of the employees don't understand coffee-to-water ratios, so the finished results end up being weaker than Miley Cyrus's cup-size (what's it, like an A-minus-minus).

Best time to come is when they first open. Or at night. At least in the late evening they'll give ya something that's getting tossed out before it reaches ultimate hardness and can be used to take out Goliath.
