Dunkin'

7/29 at 2:49pm...they make me wait for a coffee they dont even have cause the machine was down...plenty of downtime to notice the fly on the glazed donuts - look closely. Waited on this review but went there today and had a similar experience. Its not getting better and they are always charging a few extra pennies for poor service - 4.03, 7.02...come on...you dont deserve the extra pennies.

As usual these people don't know what they're doing waited 20 minutes for a mobile orders and they gave me a hard time. We're yelling at me because I was confused on something. If I could give zero stars I would

I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee but I don't know if I should buy another one!!!!!

I've been going to this spot for a while now, more in the last year since I started working 3 minutes away. They used to be great. Now depending on who's working, and what day, they're always fucking up my order & due to job circumstances, I can't go back and change or tell them they messed up once I get to work after picking up my walk-in on the go order.

Sometimes my hot coffee is half to 3/4 full.. sometimes it's cold or lukewarm at best. Recently to add to that, they've been messing up my food orders, unable to read instructions like today. I ordered turkey sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant, but omitted the cheese. I get to work and what happened... they left out the egg & gave me cheese instead. It wasn't even busy when I walked in. Just the regular 1-2 people ordering. What the fuck?
Other times, they give the wrong flavored donut(s) in the order. If you can't read a simple thing like that, why bother? I guess "No Cheese" means "Extra Cheese & fuck the egg"...?

They get 2 stars for convenience. I'm going to start going to the Kenbar Plaza on on Forest Hill Rd. The strip sucks but they've yet to fuck up my order once the many times I've gone there compared to this one in the Pergament Mall plaza.

PS: Both sandwiches had cheese & NO egg.

So i love this location! Its never extremely busy but I love the people who work there. They actually talk to you about your day and if you go there often enough they remember your name and order. Sweetest people ever and most importantly MY ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT!! Just enough caramel, milk, etc.

CON: They are a little slow. Not really with the drinks but if you are ordering food and there are a couple people in there make sure you have 5-10 minutes to spare.

This place suck always gets my order wrong and they spit or put hair in the coffee when you complain or the don't put sugar or cream don't go here

The quality of products is great. The problem i have with this location is their customer service is terrible. The women that work there never smile I said thank you and it seems like they ignored me the store wasn't busy. Today the cashier an older woman forgot my french Cruller she never even apologized. I work in customer service and its always a plus when you give service with a smile. The workers need to be trained in the art of customer service.

This location is small and dingy. Employees are ok, could be a bit more welcoming. I've never had a real problem with the coffee I requested. Plenty of parking ~ strip mall

Slowest Dunkin that I've ever been to. When you're a regular you at least get a friendly hello, but be prepared to wait 10 minutes for the women to finish their conversations before your coffee is made.
