Dunkin'

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I can't tell you how many times my order was wrong from this location. I am a simple guy. All I want is my order to be correct. I almost always order the same thing. 2 orders of extra crispy hash browns. They are usually mushy and gross when I receive the order. Also, I ordered an egg and sausage on a TOASTED English muffin. 90% of the time, the English muffin is never toasted. More mushy disgusting food. Seriously, how can you get the order wrong so many times. The serve is slow the place is dirty. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

a ok dunkin donuts in pelham ny that has some seating , free wifi and the basic dd stuff in beverages and eats . while waiting for my cuz who is at the church nearby i made good use of my 45 minute wait. decent selection of donuts but just give me a blueberry muffin toasted and a large hot chocolate and i am good inside dd while its less then 10 degrees outside .free parking steps from the entrance also works for me .being generous and giving 3 stars on my yelp meter.

WORST DUNKIN!!! The staff is as lazy and they come.
Customers standing in line waiting while 5 of them are behind the register and say NOTHING. They don't even make eye contact with the customers. No orders, no greeting, no "I'll be right with you"-NOTHING.
Ended up walking out.

They don't pay attention to you, while your making your order. My order was wrong and you speak to them and they don't even respond to you. I'm also not returning to that location.Other reviews of this specific location are similar, they've reviewed they are unkind with no customer service at all.
Donuts are not so bad.

Terrible customer service. Manager is rude and has no customer service skills. She would not even attempt to listen to problem or find a resolution. Had to contact Dunkin Donuts corporate via their website.
She was observed several times, yelling at the employees in front of customers.

Selling old nasty donuts from the previous day at 6am in the morning. It was very disgusting and disappointing. Don't come to this dunkin' donuts !!!

Nasty female barista, wears hijab, about in her 20s. Came here on a Sunday at 2pm. Ordered 2 macchiatos. She asked, "milk and sugar?" I looked at her, puzzled for a few seconds, because you cant make a macchiato without milk. I was honeatly confused. She impatiently raised her voice to say, "I am asking you if you want regular milk and sugar". NOW THATS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT QUESTION! (Of course I didnt say that but I was thinking it). I did say, "YES, SUGAR ON THE SIDE". She gives me one drink. I look around for the sugar station, dont see one. So I ask nicely. She says, "I'll get it for you, calm down". My reply, ""What did you say". Her reply, "I have to get it from under the cabinet". End of interaction. She was very nice to the White man behind me.

Mind you the manager, another woman was yelling at the teenaged mild mannered cashier.

I guess thats just what they do here.

To start the staff here is amazing. I am always greeted hello when I walk in. In addition to always paying great attention and detail to my orders they make me feel important. My son ( under 2) loves to come to this location and lights up when he sees the manager. They also give him a big smile and munchkin. They offer small town service in a big box store. I will always continue to go to this location almost daily. Keep up the great work!!!

If they could either turn off the radio or change the station would live there.

But the horrible music and the horrible static on the radio makes it almost unbearable

This place is awful. The service is terrible. They can NEVER get an order correct. How many times must you tell someone "No Sugar" in order to get a coffee with NO SUGAR???? Missing donuts, wrong order, etc. If this was the first D&D to open, the franchise would have never lasted. This is in walking distance when I visit family but I choose to drive to a different location because that's how terrible this place is. DON'T GO HERE!
