Dunkin'

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went through the drive thru and the male on the speaker was very rude and was rushing me. When I was ready to order, he ignored me and didn't take my order. I drove to the window and sat there for about 5 minutes. During that time, a male came to the computer by the window and acting like he was working. But then proceeded to look at me and walk away without taking my order. I then saw 2 other employees walking around the restaurant and ignore me. I even saw a female peak her head out from behind a machine and then go back. She eventually walked out after I stated that I could see her. This experience was horrific and disgusting. I always go to this Dunkin' Donuts and I always show respect for to the workers. I will not be spending any more money there as well as advising everyone to stay away from there. I also have the encounter on video.

So far I had pretty good experiences at this location.They are polite and the coffee it's always hot .

Thanks for leaving the cheese off both my sandwiches, dumb bitches. Served 5/20/23. It's literally the easiest job ever made.

741 W. Main st. New Britain Ct. The worst DD, from the ordering to the pick up and the employee attitude. If they dont like they job....please, please quit and look for something else.

Twice I had to dump the lattes I get there, might not be the staff, could be the actual ingredients that are used. Never again

The only reason I went to this Dunkin because it is on the way to my job but fuck this, last 2 times she mess up my order ( lucky 1st there was a guy manager fix my order right but last 2 time he is not there) today she try to school me how to order. Tf who is working there me or her??? Try to look good in from manager maybe learn how to fucking do the damn job not told me how to order my drink. And still manage to make a shitty coffee.

The drive through is polite, fast, and accurate.
They don't waste any time to get your order in and out. The drive through goes by quickly so don't hesitate to get in line.
They always greet me with a smile and say "have a nice day sweetie!" Seriously because of their service i always go back. They listen very well too they repeat your order back to you SLOWLY so you can actually hear them. They are great.

This is the most notoriously slow Dunkin I've ever had the displeasure of patronizing. If you can't go through the drive through then don't bother with this location. Slow as molasses.

Waited 14 minutes for a bagel. No explanation from the manager. In their defense they refunded my money. I have a theory that they delay/skip the walk in customers to keep the drive through going faster.

WORST Dunkin around for sure. The guy working drive thru is ALWAYS rude as hell. They almost always mess up my order. Today they handed me a cold coffee, with no drive thru receipt on the cup. Tried to call them to fix it but of course no one answered the phone. The kids working there should never be working in customer service. They should just start over with this Dunkin. NEVER GO HERE.
