Dunkin'

Different chap behind the counter this time, clearly overworked, but with a decent attitude! Box of Joe is $27.99 now! There was a decent selection of Munchkins this time, and they were fresh, not hard and crunchy like last time! Ordered a couple of egg & cheese sandwiches. Pricey for what they are, but not bad. Busy location.

I'm a loyal Dunkin customer.
I have been to hundreds of. Them throughout my years, this one ranks as one of the Worst locations I have ever visited. The workers are arrogant, lyres, they lock the bathroom and give you a BS story that is out of order. I asked to see and they said they didn't have a key. Please don't bother going here. Dunkin's are everywhere

I ordered a delivery and got: Amazing sourdough 2 eggs, a large explore coffee, 5 munchkins and a glazed donut . I just feed back the rest that they should use a harder carrier for the coffee and they missed the bacon and the sausage on my sandwiches also...but I enjoyed everything. Delowwww

Honestly, DD is really not my favorite kind of coffee -- that's just personal preference. But when you're in a pinch and there isn't much else around, I will force myself to drink it. I'm only a hot coffee drinker, but for me, the prices still seem a bit high for a small coffee. I remember when they were a lot more affordable.

Horrible customer service. Used app to place mobile order but when I got there it was closed. Called next day , whoever answered said place closes at 7p. Tried to explain app said the place closes at 8p. He said problem is with the app, cancel order through app or get refund through app. Not his problem.

This is an average Dunkin' Donuts location. I stopped in one morning on the way to the hospital. The parking lot is small, and can be difficult to get in and out of, that's the reason I'm only rating 3 stars. The service I received inside of the restaurant was average. In the future I may stop in if I am in the area again.

A little confusing layout inside, however, much cleaner than the 7-11 across the street. Clean store and a clean bathroom. 5/5 for a Dunkin!

I can overlook the fact that the two employees working the counter and only two other patrons (beside me) in the store, and it still took these two almost ten minutes to get to me. But when I inquired if my coffee was Dunkin' Dark Roast, the genius rudely replied with "what does the sticker say?". I replied with "original blend, not what I ordered". Genius says "well, that's what you got". Needless to say I requested a refund and will never shop there again. These guys are rude.

Don't go to this Dunkin'. There are other options close by.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts almost every morning before work and the service is excellent, my iced coffee which I always drink always perfect, the staff there are just very friendly and make you feel welcome!!

Oh boy did I have a pleasant surprise today. I was so very tired and wanted a cup of coffee but didn't have much free time driving from one appointment to another. And then I saw it - grand opening balloons on a we're open now sign and my car made a quick right turn into the parking lot. Yes folks, it's a new Dunkin Donuts store and it's a great one.

Immediately south of Route 4 on Grand Avenue going north is a brand new Dunkin Donuts + Baskin Robbins. They've been open just over 2 weeks and I have to tell you that for a brand new place, it runs so smoothly it's as if they'd been open for years. There are no kinks in this place and the people behind the counter (who were happy to have their picture taken) couldn't have been nicer or more friendly.

I don't know about you but nothing picks me up like a cup of coffee during the day and discovering a new Dunkin Donuts in such a convenient location is a find for sure. It has WiFi which is great and the place is immaculate. I can't say that for every Dunkin I've been to but this one sure is.

So here you have it - well run and convenient with really nice people. A great combination in a very convenient location. I was in and out within a few minutes and at my appointment on time in a wide awake refreshed feeling fine mode. This works for me!
