Dunkin'

The manager here is incredibly rude. I politely asked for less ice in my tea which I received a full cup and he said I'd have to pay for the next size if I wanted "less ice" like the women who took my order said she would do. Was stopping here on my way to work and I never will again.

Idk why I got food here more than once. I ordered a vegetarian meal tofu being rhe protein. When i got home i was given the wrong meal. So i returned to get the correct order and the girl whom helped me gave me the biggest attitude and made me wait over 20 mins for the food i actually ordered and paid for. Also the food always had a soapy after taste due to improper washing of utensils? I'll never eat there again no way no how.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in, bought 3 iced coffees and had coupons for 2 of them. The person who made my coffees was very sweet, and then the manager rang me up. He took both of my coupons, scanned them, and then threw them out. After I paid I looked over my receipt and saw that only one coupon came off. I asked him about it and he said that since one of my coupons had a rip in it from where I cut it out of the circular, he couldn't scan it. I asked why he wouldn't tell me that and why he would just throw it out. He said there was nothing he could do and offered me the crumpled coupon that he took out of he trashcan. I asked if he could give me a gift card for the coupon amount, and he took the amount out of the till and threw it at me saying "here I'm taking this out of my own paycheck get out". I'll never be back.

Love this DD, I use the easy to navigate mobile app and order my drink ahead of time. Sometimes if I don't it gets pretty crowded and there is a wait. Always gets my order perfect. Staff is very friendly and always greet customers upon arrival.

All Dunkin' Donuts are not created equal. This one is great. It means so much to me when I can walk in, said medium coffee little bit of milk, and walk out in 30 seconds without sugar in my coffee. It's the little things that count.

Nipu is awesome he remembers everyone and what they order. He always has a smile on his face which is very welcoming. Their donuts are the freshest ever !! I visit almost every morning.

Man at night is always rude to me. Don't know why. I am a frequent customer and I don't appreciate being treated this way.

Best Dunkin' in the area. They almost always make the order correct unlike other Dunkin's like the one by vets that's wrong all the time

You'd never think this of a chain (or I'd never think this of a chain), but the customer service at this Dunkin Donuts location is the bee's knees. I've never been greeted with anything less than an enthusiastic grin, and the donuts are baked on the premises, with rarely an instance of a stale one. In fact, I called recently to see when the next batch of glazed was coming out, and they made me my own fresh box, wrapped and ready for the time I said I'd be coming by! I was incredibly impressed by this. Thumbs WAY way up.

The softest and best donuts I've ever had at any Dunkin Donuts.
Plus, staff members like Roxy make going there that much better and enjoyable.
She always greets you with a smile and is very nice.
