Dunkin'

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've been to in my life. I've never had so many errors at one Dunkin than at this one. I had to start coming here on my way to work since the one in Lanham is closed for renovations. I can't wait till they open that one back up. I'm tired of getting rock hard bagels with barely any cream cheese, regular milk in my coffee when I ask for almond milk, and donuts that taste like they are day olds because of how hard they are.

Horrible, stay away. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful, good was gross, staff barely spoke English and prices were much higher than other Dunkin's. It was a mistake getting breakfast here.

Terrible service last sunday September 4
I went in to order a hot latte in the evening an the guy was making me a ice instead when I told him that I ordered hot he warmed up the cold one foe me
I just didn't want to argue anymore and walked out with my warm latte
Wasn't he supposed to make me a fresh instead?

No drive through? Ugh!!!!!!! Okay so that sucks! I guess I have no choice to walk in. Eww traffic is on and popping. Ugh!

Well this location is neat, it has a baskin robins ice cream in the same establishment. Ice Cream and Coffee, neat!

But today I just want coffee. The service was good. Coffee was awesome as always.
Was the service over the top, nope just good normal service hence the 4 star rating.

Nothing much more to review as I only purchased a coffee.

There was a restroom which was noted with a sign stating it was for employees only. Geez don't drink your coffee in there, you'll have no where to pee or poop if the coffee gets to you! Eeeek!

I know, a little graphic, but seriously coffee and ice cream. You'd think they'd allow you to use the potty.

They told us they weren't serving food anymore when it was literally noon?? They only filled my coolada half way and charged me 3 times for my order that they wouldn't even fulfill

This location has been around forever! Well as long as I can remember drinking coffee (so a long time now). I recently stopped by to get an ice coffee. Since we're currently in this COVID-19 crisis, the set up is different. Obviously, no dining in and a face mask is required. They have the curbside option, but I chose to go in. Had no issues - was promptly greeted and my drink was delicious (a caramel craze latte).

The gentlemen in the resguarde, the lady who gave me my bagel sandwich and the gentlemen who made my almond milk capuchino kind and professional :)
First time at this Dunkin and really enjoyed my experience. They have stickers spacing out people, and it looked clean!

I must've been on an episode of Punk'd this morning because my experience this morning was a joke.

First of all, the cashier was so distracted that I had to say my order 3 times. There was no line so I'm confused as to how she could've been distracted plus my order was very simple.

Second, the staff were extremely unprofessional and decided that gossiping and yelling were more important than their jobs. The same cashier as mentioned above yelled across the restaurant when an employee walked through the door and 2 employees were standing doing absolutely nothing while a few customers were waiting for their orders next to me.

Third, it took 15 minutes to get my order (again my order was simple and only included food). When I finally received my order, I rushed out the door because I was going to be late for work. Apparently, I shouldn't have rushed and made sure there wasn't avocado ALL OVER the container and bag? My avocado toast did not include the everything bagel seasoning and it also got all over me because the short girl with braided hair was so distracted by her coworkers that she didn't care to put the avocado ON the toast. Because of her laziness, I had to go to work with a huge stain on my jacket and a couple areas on my jumpsuit. I went inside to grab napkins, told the girl to stop getting distracted and she proceeded to get extremely defensive saying "how is that my fault?" You for real thought I missed my mouth and am blaming you? Do better and if you don't want to do better, then get out of customer service.

Lastly (and probably the most funny), can we all take a gander at my wrap? Yum, some cold cheese to top off my beautiful morning.

Whoever owns this specific restaurant needs to clean up their employees. I do not usually write reviews, but I was floored at the service I received. Either Dunkin' Donuts needs to get a new owner for this place or all the employees working this morning at 8:40am need to be written up.

Awful. I can provide my receipt and describe the employees working if requested.

It's unbelievable how immature the people who were working this day (March 10, 2022) were. I stopped by at 6:50pm and asked for a hot latte. They said they weren't serving lattes anymore because they had already cleaned the espresso machine. Then I asked if they were serving food. They said they weren't because the kitchen was closed. They mentioned that it was almost time to close the store anyway (according to them, there were 'only about 30 minutes' until they closed the store). And I politely mentioned that they could do a lot in 30 minutes. And they were laughing and shrugging their shoulders. I commented: 'then you're still open just for the sake of being open, since you're not serving anything, huh?' and they laughed again and said, 'no, we are using this time to finish cleaning up'.
As far as I know, people should clean up AFTER the store is closed (not 30 minutes before it closes). And if it is true that the store closes at 7:20pm, they should update their signs and website, which state different hours for the location.

The worst Dunkin ever!!! They always make the drink wrong and this morning I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel (not toasted) and they made me wait 20 mins for it and when i got to work it wasn't even what i asked for. Also they gave me cream cheese on the side with black stuff in it.
