Always gets order done quickly and accurately. Prices are lower than most other franchise locations.

I was very unsatisfied with my service. They missed multiple items from my order and when I pulled to the window and was given my food I took a few seconds to check my bag. They were complaining and being very inconsiderate and rude as I was sitting there for no longer than 15 seconds. I'm not happy with my service and wouldn't recommended it to anyone.

The better of the two Dunkin' Donuts in Belchertown.

The drive-thru, no matter how long the line, always moves quickly.

Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee are of the expected caliber for DD.

Service is A-OK, but not personable by any means. The end.

I go through the dive through and always use the "On the Go" App. 70% of the time it is wrong. Today I got my ice coffee with 7 splenda. When I got it there was no Splenda in it. I told them that it was supposed to have 7 Splenda in it and she responded "Just so you know, you didn't say Splenda on the app when I ordered it. I checked my app and I clearly ordered splenda. She then handed it to me and the was maybe two splenda in it. All they have to do is read what the order is and make it. NOT HARD. Can't wait till they get $15.00 an hour. Hope they get it right then...lol

I come here a lot between Amherst and Holyoke and the staff aren't rude, they're actually friendly but their service could be sped up a bunch. This has happened many times at this specific one

I've heard people tell me that they favor the other dunkin donuts in town much more, but I'll have to disagree. I love this particular one more because of the quick response and polite customer service. But I will admit that the other place on federal street is great as well.
