Domino's Pizza

I have to give them 5 stars they are the best at one point I use to go over there every night, the best part about this location they always will fix your food right no matter the time or the day.

Would like to Thank Mr. Trevor at the David Drive location . For taking the time to find us the best pizza deal , so we could feed the homeless at our church on Airline Drive .

Domino's Delivers...to the wrong location! Domino's on David Drive in Metairie took my wife's order and then delivered to the wrong address. How hard is it to follow google maps to the right house, right? Then, when I called back and requested a Manager...no Manager on duty! How convenient. When I requested a free pizza to make up for their error they said okay...then called back and said they don't do that and cancelled my order.

I work in retail so I completely understand how difficult dealing with customers can sometimes be; however, the most important outcome is a satisfied customer who will return. Domino's gets an F for handling this situation and has lost a longtime customer to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut or whoever wants to cater to its customers...Domino's Doesn't!

These delivery drivers continue to ignore my special request NOT to ring the door bell!! I request this AND contactless delivery, yet they ring the bell and wait.... I will not order again. Today my pizza was overturned and toppings flew everywhere.

Do not order take out from this Domino's. They make you wait in the same drive thru line as the people placing orders. It adds an additional 30 min to the wait time.

One time I approach the drive threw windows and I was greeted by a young fella named Eddie. The place seemed very busy but he still got my order ready in time to make my anniversary party. By the way the pizza was good af so shout out to him. Wis I can link a photo oh him smiling at the window.

Can't complain about the food, it was as expected/ordered. But the service on the carry out was horrible. The order wasn't processed until 20 minutes after I ordered it. I had to walk in and remind them about my order, only then did they start preparing it for the oven. From the time I ordered, it took nearly an hour. Maybe customers before and after me clearly frustrated by the service as well.

just have to put this out there ..... We will never do business with dominos pizza ever again !!!
last night we oder a late dinner and decided on dominos, which we order from there at least once a week cuz of my college kid . So with our order we asked for extra red sauce and instead it looked like a pizza with light sauce. When we called the manager or assistance Manger he was rude not just rude but down right an asshole he told my husband that it did have extra sauce and that since he ate one slice they couldn't do nothing about it . Now here is where He pushed my buttons cuz I know that was a big fat lie since joe and I both worked at dominos and we know that when it comes to the customers if the customer says you got it wrong then no more was said besides an apology and a coupon for a free pizza and a two liter coke or whatever you want to drink . They always were about satisfying the customer . Instead Harold the rude man behind the phone hung up on my husband and then didn't answer the phone . Then when the manager or who ever Roberto was just as rude as the employee Harold . I couldn't belive what was going on . Today we calling corporate and seeing what happens we don't give a fuck about the pizza WHAT WE WANT IS RESPECT AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE CAN'T LET THIS LAZY FUCK THAT DON'T WANT TO DO THEIR JOB TO TREAT US PAYING CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH RUDENESS. WE SPENT $50 + on dinner last night from there and when we called about the pizza being wrong we got treated with disrespect. Never will I do business with Dominos again . Especially the one on DAVID DR IN METAIRIE !!!

A standard dominos--Pretty good pizza, fast, for a good price. The Pineapple Jalapeño Chicken was darn good, too. I've always used the app to order, and the orders have been done in 15 or 20 minutes.

This is the worst Dominos I've ever been too, the manager is so rude and lazy! Not sure how this woman still has a job...
