The pizza was ok

Delivery Driver: Friendly and great customer service.
I placed a 2 pizza order and it took over 2 hours and 30 min for it to be delivered. I called the store and I was on hold for 45 min.I ended up driving to the store and only one young lady was working. I could still hear the phone ringing and no one wanting to answer. The cashier was engaging in inappropriate conversations with a customer. One staff member was laughing in the back when I ask about my order. At this point 1 1/2 hours passed by and the order said it still wasn't in the oven. The cashier finally told me that it was out for delivery but he lied. Ask Howard, Manager, to get your delivery person to robot dance for you. (Run DMC).
NURO delivery vehicle may be coming to Cary in the future.
But for now, just be sure you tip your delivery person well.

Ordered at 6:20PM on a Tuesday, order was quality checked at 6:40. Six phone calls to even reach them at 8:20, and the first response I get it "uhhh do you want to come get it?". Then explained to how it got put under a heat lamp for 2 hours so it's 'probably alright'.
Why do I feel like I'm going to have to call them tomorrow to even get my money back. If you're crazy busy, call people and let them know. If you're in the weeds call people and tell them you can't deliver but can make their order for pickup. The store in Cary, NC is atrocious with how they perform their jobs. I have ordered the same pizza for the past several years and it's a 50/50 shot it will be correct. And never mind trying to get it corrected in a timely manner... you are bottom of the list and may as well just figure out something else to eat because pizza will not be a timely option at this point in time.
Let us start with my original order. They attempted to contact me twice... and did not leave a voice message of the issue... tried to levy the blame on me for not picking up. I don't answer unknown numbers.
Wrong pizza delivered... I spent 30 minutes on hold attempting to get through. It was not until the other member of my party called the number on her phone that got a human and pushed for a store manager that i finally got through. Then it was excuses left and right. I should have requested the refund then and there but I was hangry.
Waiting for the correct pizza to deliver... we are now 80 minutes since I hung up about my original pizza being incorrect... guess what I do not have. At this point I'm going to raise all sorts of hell. If this team is that inept to understand one of their own specialty orders with a different sauce then both the maker and the person doing the quality check need to be coached... retrained... and written up. And the manager needs to get fired... the excuses from her mouth were excessive and tried to partially blame me.
This gets even better. About 5 minutes after I complete typing this up there's a knock at my door. It's my pizza. At this time it is nearly 9:30pm. Nope... no pizza tonight. I send the delivery person away. A few minutes later I get a call from the store who decided to berate me over my comments left about the store. Berated me... at that point her composure has been lost and I demand a full refund and the store owner to call me tomorrow. Pizza as usual missing toppings. Chicken wings are soggy and barely has any sauce on it. I know dominos is the cheap low quality pizza, but at least can we get what we pay for. Pizza missing toppings. Employees are those kind. I tried to call to complain they won't even answer.

I waited 2 hours to get the incorrect pizza and luckily got my cinnamon knots. I ordered a garlic Parmesan thin crust with green peppers, onion, and bacon. What I got was a ham and pineapple pizza which I am both highly allergic to pineapple and tomatoes. Very very disappointed.

Three kids working. The one that took the order wasn't fully paying attention so completely missed what we said when we ordered the pizza so it was not made correctly. To fix they heated up the topping they missed and added to the pizza that left the whole pizza cold. At least the wings were decent.

I've been ordering from these guys for about 5 years. I've never had a problem with the quality or service. I use their app for convenience and rarely have to wait longer than 30-40 mins. What's most impressive is that I never even experienced a decline in quality during Covid. This is a great team at this store.
