Dollar Tree

If I could give a no stars I would. I ordered 24 picture frames online. I received emails telling me the items were ready to pick up. I Drove 13 miles to the store 4 times. Each time I was told they did not get their truck deliver. It was all a lie. I finally called customer service and was told the product was out of stock with an unknown delivery date. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. Do not buy online! They will screw you over. Now I am told it will take 7-10 days to get a refund. Shop somewhere else. They will waste your time and money. They will not tell you the truth. I asked why I received 10 emails telling me to go to the store to pick up an item that was out of stock and never delivered to the store. The rep said they are having trouble with email service. Forget them. I will never order online from them again.

The registers are always slow and staff not always very pleasant. However, it usually has everything your neighborhood dollar tree store needs and then some. I come here for the helium balloons for special occasions.

Dollar Tree, where everything is a dollar, has grown a lot over the years. In the past, I would go with my mother because she is the type of person who has to throw you a party with balloons, decorations, cards, etc. Dollar Tree has all of that and more.

I'm occasionally surprised by what they have when I go in, which is typically once a month. Today I noticed they had several difficult a Hallmark brand set of 'Thank You' cards. To see chef knives and santoku knives was also a surprise . This particular location has a pretty large section of frozen and shelf food too.

My favorite things to purchase are cleaning supplies when I don't feel like spending much. The brand name items are usually a smaller size of what you find in other retail stores ,but the Dollar Tree brand is usually a regular if not large size.

I also get that kitchen utensil that got lost , batteries, grilling utensils ( because I don't grill often ), the green scrubbing pads for dishes.

No deception, no deceit, Dollar Tree is the one where everything really is a dollar (though there are a few 2 for a dollar deals). Organized and well stocked, this store was clean and tidy with everything in its proper place. Good shopping experience.

Two things I really like from the Dollar Tree - cheap reading glasses and cheap wrapping paper. And this DT had a good selection of both.

Always love Dollar Tree. In my opinion, the best of the Dollar Store Chains. Things aren't simply starting at A dollar and a jumbled mess of close outs And trash, they're consistent items for a consistent price. One dollar.

This store is no different, and they just opened a refrigerated food section. That and the friendly attitude of the cashiers there make this location a frequent stop.

Single issue is the lines. They wait unit the line is long, really long and then they open up a new register. This is not usually done in any order. Customers act like its a feeding frenzy at the zoo and just bum rush the new line. This results is the rude patrons getting checked out first rather than those who have been standing on line longest.

P.S. Heaven forbid someone asks for a balloon or several. Everything just stops.

The store seems to be in disarray. To top it off there was only one working cashier and a very long line. You would think they had more working cashiers during this time of the year.

Nasty. It doesn't have to be fancy but it needs to be clean. This store was beyond untidy- it was dirty. I only saw two cashiers that were struggling to keep up with the line of customers. This place should close for a few days and have the entire store deep cleaned.

Store in disarray. Many employees not wearing masks. One got theirs and put it on when I asked him where it was. The cashier's mask was below her nose. I asked her to pull it up. She never did. Other customers thanked me.

We will not be back until after the pandemic. The woman who checked us out today (first initial "M") was wearing her mask underneath her nose. The other cashier removed her mask to take a drink and didn't bother to replace it.

There are specific things I tend to buy at the Dollar Store, but I can get them elsewhere. When the store will violate state laws and put customers at risk (not to mention themselves), I'm not interested in giving them my business.

I was in to purchase supplies to make centerpieces. David, a manager, was extremely helpful; helping me locate the items I was looking for. He even opened some new product boxes to see if they had recently received what I needed. What really impressed me was that he noticed I was buying several glassware items and placed some divided cardboard boxes at the register for the checkout associate to use to protect my purchases. Great customer service and way above and beyond what I experience in similar stores.
