Division Brakes

Scam artists, be aware they will Rob you blind. Extremely exaggerated prices beyond belief. Wont take responsibility for damages they do themselves to charge you more money.

Here's my story.. its a long one so grab a drink put your feet up and stay with me... ok?

Here it is:
I have a 2011 lancer evolution mr, and the brakes needed to be changed.
I found some nice looking EBC rotors with a slotted shark fin design.
Thinking they would look great on my car I bought them. I installed them on my car and never drone it. It sits in the garage for most of its life.
By the time I broke the rotors in the warranty as long gone. Anyway when the rotors "broke in" they shook like crazy. Touching my brake pedal at highway speeds rattled my dash board.
I contacted EBC and let them know of the problem. Before I reviewed them. I never heard back, I assume it because the warranty is over they couldn't care less.

Onto Division Brakes:

I called a few brake shops just to ask if they resurfaced rotors I got a flat out NO. I ask if they know of anyone who did. The answer again, a flat out NO.
I figured I'd try Division Brakes in Pawtucket R.I. I don't get an answer right away but they called me right back. I asked him the same question as the "other guys" and I got the answer I was looking for!!
Very polite, amazing and fast service. Only cost me $24.00 because I already removed them from my car!!!
When I picked them up they looked like glass! I was satisfied with how they look. Next... how it drives.
I took the car out to get some mileage on it to see how they were. So far so good! No shakes! Smooth responsive stops with NO issues!

Will I recommend Division Brakes in Pawtucket RI? Absolutely!!

Will I be using Division Brakes again??

Driving to Mystic CT with my mom from Boston and our car started making weird noises. We pulled off of the highway to this mechanic shop to check out our car and he took it for a test drive. The mechanic spent over a half hour diagnosing our car and told us we were safe enough to make the trip but to address the issues as soon as we get back home. He was Kind and generous with his time and would not accept any money. I think if you live in the area and are looking for an honest mechanic, this is it.
