District Saint-Joseph

Loved this place! So chic inside! Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Drinks were great and my family of four enjoyed the food. Loved the brussel sprouts appetizer! My daughter and I also shared the pizza with roasted tomatoes and burrata -so yummy!

Good soup! We're doing a little restaurant hoping. We started off at district for a bowl of soup. Soup of the day was cream of broccoli, more like cream of heaven. Very good. Awesome vibe, you can dress up or dress down, lots of cool art on the wall. Only tried the soup but the rest of the food looks great.

Now on to the next place!

It's a nice place with eclectic decor. The service was really fast and the food excellent. They don't have many choice of food, but everything seems to be excellent. We were 8 people and eveyone really appreciate the quality of the food. Also the service was so fast ! It's a perfect place to go with colleague for lunch.

Great service. The food was delicious. Our group of 7 tried the burger, fish and chips, turkey sandwich, gravlax salmon, Caesar salad and wings. All were delicious as was the Molson Canadian draft!

Truly outstanding food in an urban industrial dressed room. Our meals were all so delicious that we were trying to estimate how many days we would need to eat thru their entire menu. Tried several different pastas, all of which were incredible: a very light gnocchi, cavatelli, duck ravioli, all outrageously yummy and then some great cheese cake, carrot cake, and chocolate bomb of a cake. A bit pricey but feed me like this and I'll happily dump out my wallet. Bravo, team.

It's a bar with the 3 disco balls!!! And yet, everything my family and I had was superb. The tuna, seared perfectly, was fresh served over wonderfully prepared vegetables. My wife had cavatelli, made here; unbelievable. My boys had grilled cheese and duck sandwiches (the secret ingredient was sautéed shredded apples--need I say more?) Cannot tell you how shocked we were by this meal.

They only had a French menu which made it really difficult to order. The service was pretty bad and it took forever to get the server's attention. Ordered a sandwich, a soup and smoked salmon. The soup was the only thing that was good. The sandwich was really mediocre and the smoked salmon was pretty disgusting. It tasted more like jelly than fish. They had a live DJ so the music was good and it looks pretty in the inside but it's not impressive enough for me to come back.
