DICK'S Sporting Goods

This is not the first time that I've attempted to order online from Dick's Sporting Goods and it's been canceled. I won't be ordering with them again.

We stopped to look at a grill. Andrew was extremely helpful and even helped load it into our van. Great customer service.

The prices are outrageous, they usually don't have anything I'm looking for in stock, and every time I've walked into this location, I've had a difficult time finding an associate that acknowledges customers.

I'm giving a 2 Star only because they seem to have a lot of stuff at fairly decent prices. As it happens, they actually had NONE of what I was looking for. As far as the customer service goes, I give a one star for quantity, not quality. I had no less than 10 employees walk by me in the 15 minutes I was in the store.....NOT ONE, smiled, asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged my existence. (Perhaps I neglected to remove my invisibility cloak prior to going in.)

This place only works if you know what you want and know where it is located in the store and you have no questions. Staff is sparse, prices are to high, and the cashiers seem to be in a hurry for you to be on your way so they can continue socializing. I rarely go there because I hate feeling like an inconvenience

Great store with amazing customer service from the staff! Best sporting goods and the only sporting store worth going. The staff really cares about you and will go above and beyond to get what you need or make it right. Highly recommended

Actually started out as a great experience. bought an item with a warranty. This item was defective, so I was bringing it back. Went to the cashier,(Katy) she was great, said I could go get a replacement. they did not have the exact item so I ask if she could check inventory.( I did find a lesser item to replace original) some other lady,(heavy set, could not see her name tag), says I can only return it within 30 days and I needed to contact the manufacturer . She was rude and I asked her to stop talking. Ask the manager to come over and my kid tells me this lady is giving us dirty looks. We left with the original defective item. I returned it to another Dicks and just got my money back.I read the company policy which states 60 days. Bad example , not a friendly or good place to take your kids. Shameful behavior.
