I came to PA to visit family, needed a last minute place and this place was recommended.

The hotel it's self was okay, the breakfast was normal. My room had plenty of fruit flies around my sink and the pillows were flat.

Got to be honest, the guys at the front desk were top shelf people. They are very accommodating and friendly, but that's about it. The hotel has basically zero amenities and I'm not saying the rooms are small, but the mouse that I saw was hunchback! I'm 6 foot two and they didn't have that little apparatus to raise the showerhead. It would hit me in the middle of my chest and the room smelled musty. $109 a night it was over priced.

By far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. As soon as we got there the front desk staff was very rude. We got to the room which looked like the door was open. Upon entering we saw baby cockroaches in the bathroom. There was piles of dirt and dust in the lights. There was trash behind the nightstand and the bathroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in awhile. There were stains on the wall, the window was cracked. When opening the window you could smell people smoking pot standing outside. We went to ask for additional towels and the front desk stated "go ask housekeeping ".

Stayed for 1 night, decent price liked they had a complimentary breakfast, helps when your traveling on vacation.

Checked in later to the hotel, and received great service from Joseph at front desk.

      Horrible , overpriced and dirty
Cc billed for more than reservation said it would cost and could not find Reservation.
Give yourself a favor and stay away from this place that pulls a bait and switch because you booked from a third party.
      Never again.

Be concerned for your privacy if staying here.
The GM Gail lacks professionalism and violated Customer Service and Days Inn Policies.

About 18 days in to my business stay there, I was told I was charged wrong rate. She stated she fires the employee and she was also unapologetic about the whole situation. She wanted to begin charging me three times the rate fee the remainder of my stay. I told her I deserved an apology for the inconvenience.

Well after my 21 day stay she called one of the business clients I serviced during my trip (not sure how she found this information out besides being nosey about my business) and told them slanders and untruths regarding this conversation I had with her via telephone (she was offsite). How unprofessional.

Lastly, the first night I was there police were called for domestic violence event between two of the guest staying there.

Thia place is not worth your peace of mind. Be aware and just choose another hotel in the area. There is nothing "Sunsationally" here.

I was not impressed with the accommodations here. Our sink was slow (like, really REALLY slow) so it became very gross very quickly. The bed was TERRIBLE. This place is in desperate need of an overall facelift.

That being said, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was decent for a motel breakfast, it was close to all of the major roadways we took to get to everything we were doing. Definitely not roachy. No bugs. Felt safe. Happened to be there on a weekend when they were completely booked but everyone was respectfully quiet.

I got the impression 90% of the guests were there for the same reason we were, which was for WWII Weekend & airshow. So everyone was kinda in bed early, and out for the day early.

I guess I had expected it to be a little nicer for what I paid, but everywhere was completely booked because this WWII thing draws a massive crowd. So I was grateful to have a room at all.

I dunno. If you can afford a nicer room somewhere else, get it. But if you're looking for cheap & safe, this is the spot.

I know it's a 2 star hotel and I was not expecting anything fancy, but at least I expected it to be clean. This place is beyond filthy. I booked it based on the great reviews on hotel dot com. What a bunch of liars. The tub had long blonde hairs. I have short brown hair. The mattress sucks AND I FOUND A DAMN ROACH in the bathroom. Gross!

Me and a friend needed a very last minute hotel, and Days Inn was in a good location for a good price. The staff was very nice. I have a service dog (she is very small and very well trained), and while legally permissible, people are often rude about it. They were kind and accommodating and made me feel very welcome, even giving me a room near the exit so that I could take her out more easily. The room was okay; it smelled a little interesting but nothing too bad. The major issue was that there were bedbugs or something like that in the room. I woke up the next morning with itchy bites all over my body, which was a huge bummer. 4 star staff. 2 star facilities.

EDIT: so after we left they actually tried to charge me $300 for nothing. I called them about it, and they said I had to talk to a manager. they told me he would be in the next day, so I called the next day. Manager wasn't there. They said they would call me. They did not. I kept calling, and finally talked to the manager, who said there were no notes/reason for the charge and that they would refund it immediately. Months later, they still had not. I called my bank and had them do it.
