Days Hotel by Wyndham Peoria Glendale Area

Location near train track. Splits in carpet. Low water pressure. Hairs in shower. Unable to close bathroom door.
Staff were kind and welcoming during check-in.

Was referred by a very large corporation. Went online to book and hold CC until I actually spoke to Hotel. Website only take full payment, no holding CC so I called to get rate, well to my amaze, the rates online DO NOT MATCH the verbal given over the phone, she shot a number from the sky!!!! For a weeks stay in this filthy, nasty place, 1100.00.. $130.00 a night/ RYKM!!!!The lady at the desk even agreed he plays games with Guests!!! you book 3rd party @$75 a night, the rate is well over that with no upfront conversation when you go to get a confirmation.

Rates are North of 100+/tax/deposit... The owner hides like runaway rabbit from a coyote... DO not say here EVER!!! NASTY!!!! DIRTY!!! UNHEALTHY!!! , ripped carpet, tile coming up everywhere. WE left!!! Owner is stealing from people, The rate your given is not the rate they charge on the CC while your standing at desk, good thing I asked.. OH sorry I thought I mentioned that!!!

Owner is a thief...He answers the phone and pretends he's an employee.. The reviews that are written are all true.. They should BULLDOZE this place... We have removed them from any referrals EVER!!! There a/c in the lobby sounds like a freight train coming through..

This place needs help, carpet in the halls was filthy. Carpet in the room was dirty. Bathroom facet was loose. Nice big out door pool but no shade.
For a Wyndham hotel this place is a dump.

I do not give bad reviews ever. But this was one of the most difficult nights. We got at the hotel at 11:45 PM after a long night driving with our kids, only to realize I left my ID at home. My husband asks about checking in seeing if we can switch the name over (we used Expedia). They said we needed to call and cancel so we don't get charged before midnight.

So my husband asks if he can just can just get another room. They won't allow us to stay because I don't have any ID.

We call before midnight trying to get a refund-Expedia calls them and they refuse because it's after midnight (it literally turned 12 as they were on the phone.) they hang up on Expedia. Then hang up on us as we try to figure out the refund. The worst service so we are trying to find a new hotel at now 12:30 with our little kids in the car and we are out the money for a hotel for the night.

Yes the ID was our fault but the service we received to try to find a new hotel, get a refund or just get answers was beyond frustrating.

Only 1 star because u can't give zero. We booked rooms for my out of town family for a party and they showed us the suite so we were like ok this is cool then when my family got there, they put them in horrible rooms that weren't even clean. The beds were not made and they didn't even want to take their shoes off. The general manager told us it's too bad and if we weren't satisfied with the rooms we are free to cancel and book elsewhere. This is a disaster! The rooms are gross, the management is horrible and this place should be a rent by the hour. There is no way they are abiding by any health codes.
UPDATE: the front desk receptionist, Rebecca, I think, was very nice and moved my family to a better room and assured us the rest of the party would have better rooms. The general manager, Firas Aldabbagh, was horrible still. He is the one who told us to feel free to go somewhere else. But Rebecca stepped in and did what she could to help.

I stayed here one night for work. The bed was clean, no bed bugs as that's the first thing I check for. The room and bathroom were clean so I was satisfied. Got a good nights rest and checked out. Would stay here again if in the area.

I have stated this place before 2 years. Though the place has drastically gone Down Hill, it's horrible. The grass is all overgrown with weeds where The patios are the pack. The patio furniture has bird shit on it and the pool is green!!! ITS A NITEMARE and they REFUSED TO RETURN 0UR M0NEY

Terrible! Toilet, shower, and TV not working properly. Bathroom needed painting. Vending machines not working. Carpet worn out on stairs. No elevators. Pathetic breakfast. Front desk personal rude and didn't even apologize for all of these issues!

Check in with Jayleen was great. Until I got to the room. I asked for quiet!
She put me next to the very loud ice machine on the first floor and entrance to the stairway. The air conditioner / heater was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. If I turned it off I couldn't open the window for fresh air so I asked to move. She was very nice and moving us to a second floor room number 237. It's designated as a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke about knocked me out when I walked in. Being exhausted from a Thanksgiving dinner I sprayed my perfume around the room and dealt with it. Then there's the no comforter on the bed and a very thin blanket situation. I was freezing all night they would not bring me blankets. The remote didn't work but about 50% of the time, the fan in the bathroom was constant. You could not turn it off and it was loud. The grab and go breakfast was horrible. A yogurt, a thing of peaches, and coffee. Gee thanks. The gentleman that checked us out didn't ask how our stay was and now I know why! Will not stay here again do not recommend it keep driving!
