Management really does not care about your well being here. They are money oriented - simply put and hire the cheapest person possible to do crucial work throughout your unit and you end up needing extra work on top of that because it's always half ass.

I've got my place sprayed 3x now for roaches and I still see some every day when I wake up. I also take care of my place and clean vigorously.

I can't wait to move out of here!!! It's honestly so horrific the way they expect you to live here and charge top dollar.

It's a shame really.

If i could give this place a lower rating I would. Where to begin...

When i first moved in the place was not cleaned. They advertised the placed as "newly renovated" but it seems like they hired someone off the street to do these renovations. Terrible paint job, terrible tile placement, they left garbage everywhere. The patio is literally covered in bird feces. I've asked management to clean the patio 3x and they merely did a simple scrub with a sponge, instead of a proper power wash.

THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE... i've had exterminators spray my apartment 3x and there's still a huge problem. Their excuse is "it's an old building, we can't guarantee anything", bullshit. The lobby ALWAYS smells like garbage. The building is cleaned maybe once a week. There's constant issues with elevator, parking garage and laundry room. The superintendent hates his job and does the bare minimum. The management maintain a facade like they care but once you've left their presences, they completely ignore any issues you've mentioned. Every form of renovation is delayed, for example the swimming pool was schedule to finish on the 1st of march, it is now April and is sitll not completed. The rooms are freezing, the water flow is terrible and there's not ventilation for your kitchen.

I don't think there's enough negative reviews on this building. I highly recommend NOT MOVING INTO THIS BUILDING or ANY BUILDING OWNED BY RPMS on Davisville. You will regret your decision.

ONCE AGAIN DO NOT MOVE IN!!!

The apartments are great for the price you pay. Spectacular view of the the downtown skyline.
Since these are older apartments, they're more spacious and sound proof. 15 mins subway to the downtown core. Clean and convenient.

But expect nothing from the building management. Very poor service. If you have any issues, you'll never find the superintendent and if you want to speak to someone at the office, they're always on the defense and not friendly/cooperative at all.

Rent keeps increasing but you don't really see what for. No amenities even though they advertise the gym and pool. Where is the gym? the pool is in some other building you wont have access to unless you pay.

If you look properly you'll find a condo for maybe a 100$ more. (you spend about 40-50/month on laundry anyway here).

The management filed a lawsuit to increase rent to above normal rent controls and succeeded. So you're paying more than normal here and why I'm not sure exactly. They haven't provided any extra service or anything for that matter that I can see.

Good value for money but searching more might be worth your time.

The cheap rent and proximity to the subway might be attractive to some but this building is quickly heading on a downward spiral.

It's bad enough that the building is old and in dire need of repair but what makes it worse is that the staff, put simply, is incompetent. During the winter my heat went out and it took over a month to get it fixed. During that time I had to speak to the staff three times before they finally got it fixed. Some of my neighbors are now seeing mice and cockroaches in their units and are also having to wait over a month before a exterminator will show up.

If you can help it avoid this rental company.
