Tre B. (The older one) is hands down the most honotable man. He is a man of integrity and I would use him again.

If you like being lied to and disrespected then I highly recommend this dealer. This is long, you should definitely read it if you plan to buy a car at David Stanley. I'll preface this with during these events I never raised my voice, I didn't curse anyone out except for the one guy on the phone that I said could go F' himself.

Test drove a car on Wednesday, May 1st in the evening. Decided to buy it, using my own bank. The salesman, Jean Marc got the info together for me to take to my bank the next morning.

I offered to put a deposit on the car so they knew I was serious about the purchase, they declined. Jean Marc and I shook hands, I told him I would call the next morning when I had the cashiers check in hand. When I called the next morning, he was with another "client", I asked the guy to let him know I had the check and would be out to pick up the car when I got off work.

Called when I was on my way, asked for Jean Marc. I was told he wasn't there it was his day off. (Hmmn, he was on the phone with a customer that morning, okay) The salesman offered to help, I told him the car and that I was coming to get it. He didn't miss a beat and said I think that one is sold. The dealership had taken it to the auction that morning. He said if it didn't sell he would call me on Friday to let me know. Told him no thanks, wouldn't do business with them and would go to another dealer.

The car showed as unavailable on their website when I looked Friday morning, figured it sold. I had put an alert on it and much to my surprise it was back on the site and marked down 2k. What the hell????

I really wanted the car and now it was two thousand cheaper. I called spoke to a salesman named Arnold. I told him my information, he pulled me up in the system. He said let me make sure it's here you've had enough problems. He said it was definitely on the lot, that he was putting in the computer I was coming out. It was great talking to Arnold who told me his momma was the first female car salesman in Oklahoma and she taught him to treat people right because his name was attached to how he treated people. I was impressed with his story, thought man this is a good guy.

Got there 30 mins later, Arnold texted asking for a status, I texted him that I was in the lobby. He never made an appearance. The snake oil Sales Manager, Israel slithered out of his office to let me know the car wasn't there, he believed it might still be at the auction and sold. When I asked why it was back on their website his response was "oh I don't know, those IT guys". He threw Arnold under the bus as well and said he most likely looked at their database which isn't always right. I guess the IT department does as well. It's 2024, the database isn't the problem it's the bad management utilizing it.

Now I know he's lying, he knows he's lying, Jean Marc who made an appearance knew he was lying. Big man Israel, gonna save the day, smooth talk this ole dumb buyer, so he gave me his card. He said to call him because he would get the keys of the car I was interested in and no one would get them out of his hands. He said and I quote "we don't want this to happen to you a 3rd time". Seriously, Israel it shouldn't have happened the first time.

Everyone knows the Sales Managers and GM's run the show, the salesmen don't make random decisions to do the BS that occurred.

I can't make sense of any of it. You have a guy wants to buy the car, offers to put a deposit, comes back the next day with a cashiers check. Instead, you take the car to auction figuring you can make a few extra bucks. It doesn't sell, you lower it another 2 thousand dollars. Guy comes back to buy it and it's disappeared. They had the car on the lot already for sixty days.

These folks at David Stanley are the car salesman that all the stereotype is about. They are liars, underhanded, couldn't care less about customers.

Maybe one of you more intelligent customers can figure it out!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I went in Saturday morning due to seeing 2 cars on their website that were in my budget/what I was looking for. I arrived and met with Joseph, who was very nice. We talked about my max spend and that I wanted to see those 2 vehicles. We also looked at others, but those were the ones in my budget. Test drove both...liked 1. Then he went to "talk to the manager". Came back and told me that one was $12k MORE than it says on their website. So then I started to leave, it was complete BS. The manager stopped me and asked what they could do...and I said they could honor the price... $31k for a Ford Escape is RIDICULOUS. He said that "the website had a glitch and lowered the prices of vehicles". Give me a break.

Then he proceeded to tell me he had something that would work and took me to a Mercedes. Like... what the actual hell. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU. If they do this to you, report them to the OK Commission of Motor Vehicles. This is illegal.

I later texted them to get it in "writing" so I could report them...and then it was "28 to 29k"

UNETHICAL! I called regarding a Certified 2023 Jeep Compass listed at $23,200 with 5000 miles. After speaking to their sales department to verify the details, I drove up from Dallas to close the deal. The car had over 7000 miles, and they tell me I had to pay an additional $3000 for the certification!? Steer clear of their shady sales tactics, and games!

I had been texting back and forth with their supposed "Jade" on a vehicle they had in stock. I let "Jade" know that I was on my way and when I would arrive. I verified who I was to speak to and where to meet at. My drive was 45 minutes and when I arrived they said they had sold it an hour before. I guess they didn't feel the need to verify that the vehicle was available prior to me wasting my time driving over.
I have been a life long resident of Oklahoma and have heard many negative things about David Stanley. I guess they have proved themselves to me.

The sales part of the experience was great. Not that long to take care of the sale of the vehicle. Staff was very personable and professional. After I took the car over and drove it for a week a check engine light came on and I took it to the dealership where I am working out of town and have an appointment to have it looked at. Initial reading is that it has something to do with the oil pump... We will see how this goes. Hopefully they will do the right thing, and this will not cost me an arm and a leg!

This might be too long but worth reading. I bought one of my dream cars from DS Dodge in MWC two years ago. This past Feb I had to make major repairs. At first I thought it was my starter (2020 GMC Acadia), took it to a shop because the DS Dodge service department quote was A LOT! After a week and a half of being a rental I got my car back. The owner of Jack's Auto Shop went over the problems with me. Not only was my started not good but the fly wheel was missing about 8 teeth, which is the reason my starter got messed up. The owner told me that I should reach out to the dealership and find out if a full inspection was done prior to the putting the car on the lot to be sold, she said in all of her years she's NEVER had to replace a starter or fly wheel on a 3 year old car. Called the dealership, I was told that it is possible to have those problems, another person told me to call DS Chevrolet since they have GMC educated mechanics over there, I couldn't get passed the lady I was transferred too. After explaining my situation, she rudely said "you didn't buy the car from us what do you want me to do about your problems" and hung up. Sent a letter in March to the Service Director of DS Dodge, to date no response, no acknowledgement.. just a BIG NOTHING! I used to get reminder calls for oil changes, tire rotations etc.. nothing! I guess I've been black listed!! Do your homework before you do business with this dealership and get a car fax, extended warranty everything you can think of. I wasn't looking or expecting any kind of outrageous help with anything, just answers as to how this could happen on a 2020 GMC Acadia. The good outcome of all this, the repairs cost me $3200 as opposed to almost $6000 that I was quoted from David Stanley Dodge of Midwest City, OK!!!

David Stanley sold me a lemon !!!!! They refuse to give me my car I deserve , I traded in my PAID OFF CAR ! And they gave me a LEMON . I haven't even got to enjoy it because it's been in the shop on and off since September!
Now I have news TODAY from service that the car transmission has failed yet again! This is the 4th transmission they are putting in I just want another car I am Afraid for my LIFE as I almost died driving the car after they fixed it last time! I have videos of almost dying BECAUSE THEY WONT STOP FIXING A PROBLEM THAT CANT BE FIXED - Do not go to DAVID STANLEY I NEED TO spread the word to people for their safety at this point. I feel disappointed and i will be moving further on handling this professionally.

Liar and cheats!!!! First I went online which I decided the one car I wanted and the miles and had everything ready like the down payment everything. First we tested it out which was nice but the car I wanted had only 20,000 then they got a car same make and model but had 36000 miles on it. After that we went in the office which the manager talked down to me like I was a child. Tell me I need to put more down which I was going to put down 2,500 but they wanted 4000 so after all that the car had their logo car mats and everything. Plus when I got home from fighting with these people, I was happy about my car so I took pictures which when I lift the seats it had marijuana under the seat they lie and try anything like not telling you the price or anything. They are not worth the bullshit.
