Dairy Queen Store

I used to love going here for ice cream and frozen goodies. Recently we purchased an ice cream cake for a surprise 29th birthday party. Beautiful cake! Unfortunately upon slicing and consumption we had found these pieces of paper and hunk of metal inside of the ice cream. I'm not 100% sure what these are from but you can make out some of the writing on the paper. Maybe an accidental contamination with a foreign object? Just be careful! I understand these things do happen unintentionally and nothing can be perfect and flawless 100% of the time! Hopefully it was just a one time fluke. Again, I LOVE their ice cream but this one time it was dangerously delicious.

I adore Dairy Queen. Almost as much as I adore my baby nephew, but I digress. The employees are very sweet and the parking was a bit weird.

So, we were completely ignored. The line inside took forever because they could care less about the people standing inside. I went with 3 other friends and we waited for 30 minutes before someone even said a work to us. Then, the guy running the cash register proceeded to get half of our orders wrong and also gave the completely wrong change and no receipt. He also had his AirPods in. The girl in charge proceeded to mess up an order and then cussed in front of all of the customers. She also answered the drive thru line rolling her eyes and being rude. My friend and I only 17 and we just wanted a fun night, but no, this ruined it. Terrible customer service.

Our Neighborhood DQ! Yay! Best soft ice cream anywhere! Dipped cones, blizzards, sundaes, shakes - everything is delicious. Staff is always friendly and efficient.

Second visit inside two month's time, second time our order was messed-up. These people couldn't get an order straight if their careers depended on it. Two orders placed, both were poorly executed. Slight deviation from the normal configuration resulted in two blown orders. Simply substituted vanilla ice cream for chocolate on a sundae. Opted to accept the blown orders in lieu of seeing them get tossed in the trash...again. Not exactly rocket-science, is it? Employees need to either pay attention or get help from an adult employee.
