How is it that "Dairy Queen" never has a working ice cream machine. Your business is literally built on serving ice cream. The last time the machine was working they told us they couldn't make shakes or blizzards. Also it's not very clean and the floors are sticky.

Chicken and dumplings were very good; however, the hot contents melted the lid of the to-go container, (one container was stacked on top of another). Luckily, no children were eager to get to the meal as someone could have spilled the hot chicken and dumplings on themselves.
Be careful when taking chicken and dumplings to go.

We've been to this location a few times now, through the drive-through to get fries or ice cream, something to appease the children as we embark are our journeys.

However, this is the first time that I actually went inside to get ice cream, because it was a celebration, and I was, very, very disappointed . The customer service is not good, as I was getting cold stares by all of the workers that were there.

The worst part of it is that I had to take my little ones to the restroom, and it absolutely stunk, and not just a little smell, but actually really, disgusting smells coming from the bathroom. There were 2 stalls and the handicapped one was gross, so I took them to the smaller stall. The door pretty much swings right up against the toilet, it's that small.

I definitely would not come in here again for any type of celebration, as it would ruin anyone's night. This would be a one star review if I hadn't had my order right on every occasion that I have been here. Granted, all I ever get is pretty much ice cream and not the meals, but still. Way to disappoint us Dairy Queen.

I frequent a different Dairy Queen for a simple order, a small chocolate dipped cone, and I have come to expect a good presentation with the famous swirl on the top which always makes me happy to see!

Because I was coming from the south side of town, I ended up at this location, and I was SO thoroughly disappointed with my order. How can you mess up an ice cream cone?? Well, just look at the picture of the sad cone that I was given. My husband was with me and also ordered a chocolate malt, and they were out of the malt powder, so he settled for the shake, which did not taste good. So we ended up tossing the shake, and I gave my dogs the non-chocolate part of my ice cream.

I think the problem at this location is that the employees maybe aren't trained adequately on how to prepare orders, that or they aren't following protocol.

New location opening up of Texas' own Dairy Queen (DQ).

I noticed that during this COVID 19 crisis, scare, paranoia, drama, whatever you feel is the appropriate descriptor for current times, DQ is giving first responders half off their orders. That kind gesture of support raised my star rating to 4 stars for a chain restaurant.

I have the DQ app, and it informs you that Texas locations do not honor the deals that they promote on the app. There is always good deals too! You can not even earn points from purchases inside the app like all the non Texans are able to do. Definitely taking away that extra star.

I had the hunger buster and a small banana shake:

The good - you could definitely taste the freshness.

The bad - NO real flavor pop with the burger. I'm not certain if they are relying on the fresh toppings to accommodate taste, but a little salt and pepper on the patty would do wonders.

The ugly - the banana shake could have definitely used a flavor infusion. The shake tasted more like a vanilla shake with fresh bananas chunks in it. Maybe a little banana syrup, or add more bananas to the mixture...

All in all, it was a typical DQ experience. I hope DQ corporation starts to include Texans in the promotions because I really would have loved to use my BOGO birthday blizzard promotion.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was so disappointed with this Dairy Queen. The customer service was no good. We had to wait for our food just for it to be wrong. I live a good 20 minutes away so there was no way I was heading back. Also, the person taking orders was laughing as we were ordering and seemed unprofessional. I hardly go to Dairy Queen and this one makes me not one to go to one ever again.

Stopped in for a quick dessert. Had the churro dipped cone. It was very good but the restaurant was kind of dirty. Bummer since it's a new place.

Usually when I attend this Dairy Queen it is fantastic but today I attended and I got a cherry dipped cone and a side of Texas toast. The cone wasn't even fully dipped in the ice cream was half melted. And then my side of Texas toast was just covered in butter, it was not even toasted extremely disappointed. They usually do so well??

Yeah so I went to this Dairy Queen and I heard they had a red velvet blizzard of the month so I went to go buy it, and when I tried the ice cream it was pretty good! But when I tried the "toppings", they were literally brownies. They said they were red velvet cake pieces in it, but no. That was kinda the main part of the blizzard to me. Sorry Dairy Queen.
