I gotta start off by saying thanks to Lareon Williams, Mans is the most hilarious. dude in the area I'm talking had us dying of laughter, as while for our Food since there was an delay he promoted us with something which made up for the wait but overall we enjoyed our experience food was very good , we can't wait to come back !

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Never coming here again. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a side of jalitos via the drive through. Get home, and I had HALF an order of jalitos. The burger had NO VEGGIES, NO CONDIMENTS, NO PICKLES, even though I ordered it with everything on it.
For over $17 with tax, HORRIBLE RIPOFF.

Oh, AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED.

It used to be good until a year ago.

Someone summon Jon Taffer. Too many issues to comment on. Poor management , seemingly zero training. Better off driving to Rockwall or even Greenville if you're really craving DQ.

So when did DQ start watering down the gravy?? Dip your steak finger in and can't even tell there's any gravy on it. And has absolutely no flavor. It's getting to where it's just not worth eating out. Restaurants have gotten cheap on quality and HIGH on prices.

somehow every time i come here it takes me 45 minutes to get out with 1 blizzard. the food is always cold and i never get the right order. the customer service is just all around shitty, managers are always screaming and getting attitudes with guests.

Sat in the drive through for over 45 minutes, got stuck because I had already paid for my food and was told to park to the side. Ended up never getting our 2 steak finger combos because I had to leave so that my toddler could go to the bathroom. Cars were constantly leaving the line due to the wait time and one other car pulled to the side of me finally received their order and then it was wrong. Ridiculous.

We went here tonight and we absolutely loved it! The ice-cream cones and Blizzards were just what we needed. These people were the best and treated us amazing!

I highly recommend this location.

Dairy Queen is an absolute vibe!!!!! The black and white teenage crew brings the perfect blend of humor and respect to the table. Their banter makes the whole experience super enjoyable. And let's talk about the food - it's straight-up epic! The burgers and shakes hit the spot like nothing else. 10/10 would recommend for a tasty treat with a side of laughter.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The ambiance was trashy. Did someone bend the inside door? Is that why there's a sign to 'use other door.' Tables were dirty. There was a guy looking very busy, with a bucket and towel, yet nothing he touched was clean...except the roped off section that the employees were having a break in. I don't want to even go on but there was lots to say about the service and the food. The bathroom was clean, I'll give them that much!

Service is slow and when you get to the window they are just laughing an cuttin up. Got my order wrong after waiting for 15 minutes, an after asking what I wanted to eat even know it's been repeated back to me 2 times... employees are a joke here. 30 minutes an I got my kids meal burger and fries I ordered...
