CVS is horrible. Store is filthy and understaffed. Staff that was there were pleasant

The nicest and most kind pharmacist in the world is here at CVS Katonah. Teresa is so accommodating and friendly! I really appreciate her expertise as a pharmacist and the fact that she treats everyone like family.

Yes it's small but they do provide prescriptions which is the main point. It's great having the convenience.
The best part of this quaint store is associate Luke. He always has a huge smile and will brighten the day of the sickest among you.
Keep up the great work!

This is a small CVS that is so small they, at times, have only one pharmacist. Which means that if a prescription is supposed to be ready at 3:15 and it is still not ready at 4:15. Half an hour of waiting and the pharmacist still can't get to filling the prescription because she is 1- administering a shot and then 2- checking out people who have their prescriptions ready. To add further frustration, the manager, knowing there is a growing line, leaves and goes home for the day! AWFUL management. 45 minutes of waiting and still counting.

Ps. Not mad at the pharmacist, who is working her best, but the inept and uncaring manager.
