Out of the park, fantastic evening! From being seated to the service and the management checking in on us was simply outstanding again and what you expect from a top-notch steakhouse. They delivered! We arrived promptly at 6:30 and were at our table in under 5 minutes. Joey came by soon after that to let us know he would be helping us as Tiffany would also be working with him on our table. We were done and in our car by 8:00 PM. Parking was not a problem here and surrounding parking lots not used at night with complimentary valet (we did not use). The decor makes this place special for sure. This was our fourth visit.
Short version - Gotta go for the steaks here for sure, ordered Cuts chopped salad & a wedge salad to get started and with the salads came a basket of hot assorted breads. Next, we ordered a Dry aged Kansas City Strip 18oz and a Petite Filet 8oz with a baked potato and Garlic mashed potato. For dessert we had the Chocolate Mousse Cake. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding, The experience yep, outstanding. A very nice Valentine dinner.
Longer version - When Joey came over to introduce himself, we knew from the outset were in for some awesome service. Then Tiffany came over and I was already anticipating a great evening. The type of service that you do not even hesitate to leave a larger tip type of night. To start, I ordered the wedge salad, and she had the Cuts chopped salad. Before they arrived, Joey told us he would make sure our courses were spaced out, so we were not rushed. Love this. When the salads came both were very fresh and very cold like you would expect from a top-notch steakhouse. The blue cheese was also very good tasting and plentiful. She especially liked the chunks of smoked salmon in her salad. a basket of hot assorted breads came just before our salads, and it was still hot and tasted great crispy outside and soft inside. Next, we ordered a Dry aged Kansas City Strip 18oz with a baked potato and she had the Petite Filet 8oz with Garlic mashed potato. When our steaks arrived, after we had our steaks on the table and had initially cut into them, a manager (I guess) Forris was his name, came to ask how our steaks were cooked and if they were to our liking. I had noticed him all night making sure everyone was happy without being intrusive, a hard balance to keep, but he was successful at it all night. My Kansas City strip was simply awesome, the dry rub and cooked to perfection was so flavorful. The baked potato was also cooked perfectly and was a shame I was getting full but could not finish it. Her Filet was also cooked to perfection and was full of flavor and she really enjoyed the green peppercorn sauce as it was very complimentary to the Filet. She also could not finish Garlic mashed potato but expressed that they were tasty. For dessert we had the Chocolate Mousse Cake. First this slice was huge, and we knew there was no way to finish it, but we tried hard and enjoyed every bite. A special thank you to everyone that made tonight a success. No one was asleep at the wheel; every interaction tonight was an example to other restaurants that do not get 5 stars out of me. This was a 5-star visit.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 24, 2023Previous reviewThis was a much better visit. This is what I expect for 5 stars.
Short Version: seated quickly, not very busy on Sunday at 7:00 PM, greeted by waitress Natalie, and Sunny her serving partner quickly. We ordered salads, bread came, ordered entrees, timing of the meal was very good, not rushed at all. The salads were cold and full of flavor, very good. The entrees were hot, correct, and very tasty. Dessert, the cheese cake... well, it is cheesecake, of course it was good, very light tasting. The service was good throughout the meal.
Long version: We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, and we (3) were seated immediately. We noticed that only 4 tables were seated when we arrived and less when we left around 8:45PM. Natalie introduced herself and her helper Sunny. She took our drink order and was back quickly with our drinks and to take our salad order. I ordered the wedge salad, and she ordered the roasted beets and goat cheese. Our guest had the wedge as well. Sunny brought bread to the table that was warm, fresh, and tasty. She then took our entree order, I ordered an 8oz filet with a blue cheese crust and a baked potato with chives and butter. She ordered the Iron seared salmon loin with cauliflower. Our guest ordered the same as me exactly. The salads came, and they were cold, fresh, and full of flavor. They cleared our plates and made the table ready for the entree with new silver, always a plus. Our entrees arrived correct, hot, and looked very tasty. A few bites confirmed all entrees were tasty. The sear on the steaks was perfect, as was the temperature medium rare. The blue cheese crust was a great added flavor and texture to the steak. I am not sure what was in their signature steak sauce, but it was a perfect pairing with the filet / blue cheese. The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides cauliflower, greenbeans seasonal greens were all tasty. Then it was time for dessert, we decided on the Georgia style cheesecake with peaches and a sauce drizzled on the plate. The cheesecake was very lite and fluffy and full of flavor. This was a meal and service worthy of 5 stars. A job well done by all.Aug 23, 2023Previous reviewShort version: hostess, great job seated fast, waiter, many mistakes throughout but friendly, manager visited table very friendly, another waitress visited table very friendly, food was outstanding minus the waiter errors.
Longer version: we arrived at 6:20 on a Wednesday to meet another couple for dinner. They arrived, and we were seated quickly. Very nice interior, a swanky modern eclectic look with quite a few seperated seating areas. Loved the decor. Our waiter Masum was very friendly and took our drink order. He came back for our appetizers order, and we opted for salads instead. I ordered a wedge salad, and she ordered the chopped salad. The bread came before the salads. The bread was fresh and warm, very tasty. The salads were served on cold plates and were very cold, loved them. Everything was very fresh tasting. We placed our order for entrees, and I ordered the 8oz filet with blue cheee crusted and their special steak sauce and a baked potato with only buttter and scallions. She ordered the sea bass special with green succotash. When our entrees arrived, there was no blue cheese and no scallions. He asked if I just wanted blue cheese on the side, to which I replied no, I ordered crusted. He took it back to the kitchen and left my potato, so I started to eat it. Sadly, it was not fully cooked but good enough to eat. The filet came back and was perfect. I never got the scallions. Our friends ordered 3 scoops of plain vanilla ice cream, and it came out with chocolate sauce. They also had to send it back. We ordered the apple pecan cobbler, and it was wonderful. This should easily be a 5 star, but I ended up with 4 by giving them a 1/2 star because it was a solid 3.5 star performance. Lastly, he brought the check as one without asking if we would like it split. He had to go back and split it and then handed us the wrong credit cards back. By itself, it was not a big deal, but it seemed like the whole night was fraught with errors. When spending a few hundred for a meal for 2, I expect better. That being said, we will try them again and ask for Alex as we were told by the other couple that she did a fantastic job the last few times they were in. - Jennifer H.KY, KY502340Jan 6, 2024
First off I will say the styling in the interior was a whole vibe.
Second the servers were excellent attentive and kind.
Third the food was great.
I really enjoyed the steak was seasoned well as was the sides . The only gripe I really had was that the sides were a la carte. A lot of steak places do this which is fine but considering that there wasn't a lot of different side options in my opinion.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Dec 6, 2023
Let me tell you all something! This place is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. In all seriousness, we were impressed from the start. If you all have read any of my reviews, you all know I am a sucker for excellent customer service. The staff here is fantastic, and the food is even better, so compliments to the chef. The establishment is spacious; they have a large group room and live music on certain nights.
Now on to the food! We went with goat cheese fritters, salmon poke, broiled octopus, fried green tomatoes, lamb chops, and a fried lobster tail. I usually rank these dishes from my least favorite to my favorite, but I loved all of these. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the food just melted in my mouth. Heck, my mouth is starting to water just typing this out.
The plating was phenomenal; the bartenders got down with the drinks, and to top it off, Xavier (the manager) stopped by and cracked a few jokes with us. Especially after I said, the food was horrible, but my plate was clean. The entire evening was a great dining experience and one we needed. We will certainly be back. You all need to go check them out, and when you do, tell'em Drew sent ya!
Y'all be easy now!

Seeing this place from outside I knew the inside would be so aesthetically pleasing. I was correct! I stopped in to see what was to offer and wasn't disappointed. The staff is the friendliest I've experienced at any steakhouse. Drinks were just as good as the food. I will return

I have been here for brunch but wanted to try their dinner. I came with a friend and loved it. I ordered the manhattan and it was amazing. We had the pork belly appetizer and it was delicious. My ribeye was cooked to perfection! I love how juicy and thick it was. The service was great as well. Only thing I didn't like was the restaurant wasn't full since they just opened for lunch and they seated us at a table for 6 near the kitchen that was super bright!

We ordered spinach dip and the bacon for appetizers and it was pretty good. My family got brunch and loved it. I got the fried lobster and it was delicious. Our server was super sweet and accommodating. The only thing I wish is that they serve alcohol earlier for brunch like Atlanta instead closer to the end of brunch. I probably won't come back for lunch but definitely lunch or dinner.

Had yet another great experience at Cuts last night! Started at the bar with Kate. She made me a delicious Grey Goose lemon drop martini. Then our party moved to the dining room where Jennifer was our server, with Ricardo assisting. They were both fantastic and very alert to our wants and needs! Jennifer is so wonderfully friendly and helpful. We're had wedge salads to start...perfectly fresh and tasty. Then three of our party had some type of steak entree and I had the special lobster pappardelle. Everything was delicious! We didn't have any leftovers!! We finished with strawberry sundaes...The perfect ending to the meal!! We've been to Cuts a few times and it's always a winner. I only got pictures of the beginning and the end of the experience...We ate everything else too fast!!

My husband and I came here for date night this past weekend and we really enjoyed it. We didn't have a reservation but made a last minute one with the hostess. While we waited for our table we went to the bar to have a drink. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted a non-alcoholic drink and he was able make me their signature mocktail. My husband asked for a Manhattan and he said the bartender made it perfectly. Our table was ready earlier than estimated where we enjoyed exceptional service from our server Jennifer. She gave us ample time to decide what we wanted for our entrees and when we couldn't decide she gave us great recommendations. We both ordered the steak burger. The steak burger is topped with the most magnificent house made bacon. It is so tender it will melt in your mouth. My husband ordered the cilantro fries for his side. I couldn't decide what side I wanted but Jennifer recommend the creamy cauliflower. I was not disappointed one bit. The creamy cauliflower was OUTTA THIS WORLD DELICIOUS. I have never had cauliflower taste so amazing. I tasted my husband's cilantro fries and they were very good. The server was so pleasant and welcoming as the management checking in on not only our table but surrounding tables asking how everyone enjoyed their meal. We enjoyed the live music and can't wait to come back again.

We visited Cuts for my birthday dinner, and the experience was fabulous from start to finish. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. With a reservation, we were seated immediately. Customer service was top notch. Our servers were helpful and attentive, and the manager even stopped by to introduce himself. For our meal, we had the mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and steak. A complimentary custard was served as a birthday treat. I highly recommend for a night out or special occasion.

The seabass dish was really good, the flavor of the sauce was really unique. The filet mignon was good but could've been softer imo, the ribeye was better. The interior was chic and modern, live music was cool and not too loud, service was amazing. And they gave me a birthday creme brulee :)
