Cumberland Farms

UPDATE: This is one of the only gas stations in Greater Portland that has a reliable air pump!

This has become one of my go-to gas stations in Portland. I've never been inside the building: I have no idea what the staff is like or if the store itself is clean. I just come here for gas. Before it's big renovation I would have NEVER come here because of its location. But it seems like since this Cumby has been updated, there's *much more* space to navigate in and out of the parking lot safely and easily (although I'd never turn left into it from Ocean Ave; I always make sure I'm turning right from Washington in). I seem to always be able to immediately pull up to a pump without having to wait in line. In and out? Yes!

Very clean gas station and inside. I thought it would smell like a 7/11, but thankfully it does not. They have a bunch of snacks, food and toiletry items. Cashier wasn't not friendly, but wasn't friendly, just straight to the point which isn't bad. Prices seem fair!

I am a pretty big fan of this convenience store and it fits the theme of the new models of Cumbies throughout New England so I am very glad that they did the upgrade a while back. It is very convenient and they increased the parking and even more importantly the number of pumps to buy gas with.

This station is buzzing like crazy and always has been with the location of it right at a super busy intersection on Washington Ave

The only reason that I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because I feel as if it lost some of it's personal feel where they people were super friendly before that went out of their way to help you with whatever you might need. Now I know, why would you need that at a gas station you might ask, but after a long day on the road it is important to see and hear friendly people to take the edge off the long day or bright and as I am "pre-coffee" and have to kick the day off right ... The friendliness really helps.

Since the changeover, the staff and the feel has changed some so that is a hinderance but it is clean, immaculate and has a wide range of selections and if you haven't been, stop in to get your 99 cent any size cup o' joe!!

This is by far the best gas station I have ever been to ever! I now always go here for my car needs!

When you just see the place. You'll notice the cheap pricing of the gas. And the ten-cent discount on mymix members! Not only that. But the exterior is also decked with LEDs! So it's attractive! Plus. There's air for Your tires when they run flat! So double plus!

Oh. And there's a shop! When you enter that place. You're greeted with nice. Pleasant colors and great food! And even a bathroom! With hot dog franks to slushes to a coffee maker! Wow! Plus it doesn't just have food! It has movies and video games! Add really nice staff members and you have a perfect gas station.

Overall. I advise you to go here! Seriously! Go ahead!

This gas station is a great deal right now for 217 for regular gallon but then if you have their easy pay you get an extra $.10 off making your gas only $2.07!!! I recommend it it saves a lot through here and is a great benefit to have since this gas station is generally one of the cheaper gas stations and is located everywhere you go. It's also nice to have an expensive coffee and other drinks on road trips and for special treats for a large car load!

Friendly staff. Cheap soda (get a chug jug when they offer it) and cheap eats. Hot dogs/pizza, breakfast sandwiches and chicken fingers. Can't go wrong! They do shut off oven at night though. Get a smart pay card for $0.10 off per gallon.

$3.64 today. Used gasbuddy.com to help me find close by gas stations. This was clean, close by, and reasonably priced.

Cheap gas, clean restrooms (key is required), plenty of food and drinks to choose from.

Clean quiet and efficient opposed to other Cumberland farms staff is friendly
