Culver's

They had taken down my order wrong I asked for a bacon double cheeseburger basket and they gave me a regular cheeseburger AND THE MEAT WAS RAW I suggested to go to the Culver's on sunset if you eat here I wouldn't save you money and time

To be honest I'm really disappointed in the crap they served me. I asked to have a burger with no bun and literally they gave me that in a ripped box with everything all over the bag. What a joke even McDonald's knows to put it in a plastic container.

Staff is super friendly. If you eat in they bring the food to you promptly and hot. Everything is clean. Fun decorations for the holidays! If your in a hurry the drive through quality food is just as good and the sit in.

Shoutout to Jenna the manager love how today she gave me my favorite ice cream toppings without me telling her

The last four visits three of my orders have been wrong. Today after ordering at the drive-through and going up to the window getting the order read back to me which was wrong. I explain the order again and of course when I get home it was incorrect. I did not get the ice cream I ordered but I also was not charge for it, I did not get the sweet potato fries that I ordered and I had to ask twice to get ranch on the side. Very frustrating when I feel culvers has always been one of the best fast food restaurants in Wisconsin. It's too bad that order accuracy is ruining it. Not sure if I will ever go back.

This is honestly the best Culvers that I have ever been to. The service was amazing. I normally don't review fast food places because they are all the same overall but this place blew me away. By far the best service I have ever experienced. Food was made quickly and I actually went inside because they had a line down the street for the drive through. I just want to thank everyone who works here for making my day that much better not only with my greasy yummy food but the positivity and happiness expressed by every single individual.

Overall this location seems solid. The service and staff are polite, but they sometimes get orders wrong. I wish that the drive-thru had a screen that let you see your order or that they would read it back. Today we got regular chicken tenders instead of buffalo and a burger had incorrect toppings. I suppose it's partially our fault for not checking thoroughly but given the way things are packaged we just saw that there was obviously a burger and obviously a box with chicken in it. Would just be nice to have the same level of drive/thru technology that a far inferior place like McDonald's has.

Quality of food = 4 nothing cold except the ice cream.

Speed of food prep. = 2 or 5 depends on the day

Building interior = 5. Clean, tv's, gas fireplace

Drive through = 4. Only 1 messed up order out of many, but it took 3 trips to fix.

We called ahead the day prior informing the staff we would have a busload of hungry lacrosse players from out of town showing up the next day. When we arrived they were totally prepared, very friendly and were able to get us back on the bus with our food in 15 minutes. Amazing service and always good food. Thank you!

Top notch Culvers. Clean, new, great food and service. Their fried chicken is a must-eat item. The best fried chicken ever in my opinion. Their burgers are superb. Terrific value for the money.

Among the most commonly visited dining establishments we go to. Keep up the good work.
